【摘要】：在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)金融全球化背景下,我國(guó)資本項(xiàng)目開放與人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)程穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),跨境資本雙向流動(dòng)趨勢(shì)愈發(fā)明顯,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)金融平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生的沖擊和影響不容忽視,加強(qiáng)對(duì)跨境資本流動(dòng)的宏觀審慎監(jiān)管確有必要。本文在對(duì)同樣是新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體的智利、韓國(guó)、巴西跨境資本流動(dòng)的宏觀審慎監(jiān)管歷史實(shí)踐進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒其經(jīng)驗(yàn),得出我國(guó)如何完善跨境資本流動(dòng)宏觀審慎監(jiān)管體系的重要啟示。
[Abstract]:Under the background of current economic and financial globalization, the process of capital account opening and RMB internationalization is advancing steadily in China, and the trend of cross-border capital two-way flow becomes more and more obvious. The impact and influence on the smooth operation of economy and finance in China can not be ignored.It is necessary to strengthen macro-prudential supervision of cross-border capital flows.Based on the analysis of the historical practice of macro-prudential supervision of cross-border capital flows in Chile, South Korea and Brazil, which are also emerging economies, this paper draws lessons from its experience.The important enlightenment of how to perfect the macro-prudential supervision system of cross-border capital flow in China is obtained.
