【摘要】：流程銀行是當(dāng)前國(guó)際商業(yè)銀行普遍采用的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式，流程銀行再造的確有助于提高銀行的創(chuàng)新能力、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力和運(yùn)營(yíng)效率，從而提高銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力和經(jīng)營(yíng)效益。對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行來(lái)說(shuō)，構(gòu)建流程銀行是提升銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力的一個(gè)重要途徑，，是銀行業(yè)深化改革的必由之路。本論文以流程銀行構(gòu)建為研究對(duì)象具有一定的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 本論文站在理論探索與實(shí)踐分析相結(jié)合的角度，首先總結(jié)大量國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)資料，對(duì)于流程銀行與業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的定義概念、內(nèi)涵特征、建設(shè)原則、構(gòu)建意義等進(jìn)行充分探討；然后，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行流程再造的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示進(jìn)行全面綜述與總結(jié)；接著，從方法論角度討論商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的理論方法，并對(duì)其業(yè)務(wù)流程再造技術(shù)方案進(jìn)行探討；再次，結(jié)合A農(nóng)商銀行管理模式現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)踐案例分析，從現(xiàn)狀弊端與戰(zhàn)略定位角度論述其構(gòu)建流程銀行的必要性與意義；最后，闡述A農(nóng)商銀行構(gòu)建流程銀行的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)與基本原則、建設(shè)內(nèi)容與流程步驟；探索其組織架構(gòu)再造、業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化再造的技術(shù)方案；對(duì)其流程銀行構(gòu)建總體實(shí)施策略進(jìn)行解釋?zhuān)?duì)前期重點(diǎn)任務(wù)集中作業(yè)中心的實(shí)施規(guī)劃進(jìn)行探討。 本課題研究對(duì)于A農(nóng)商銀行構(gòu)建流程銀行可給予直接業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)，以A農(nóng)商銀行為例所探討和總結(jié)的技術(shù)方法對(duì)于其它商業(yè)銀行構(gòu)建流程銀行有一定的借鑒參考作用。
[Abstract]:Process banking is a common management mode adopted by international commercial banks at present. Process bank reengineering is really helpful to improve the bank's innovation ability, risk control ability and operation efficiency, so as to improve the bank's competitive ability and operating efficiency.For China's commercial banks, the construction of process banks is an important way to enhance the competitive strength of banks, is the only way to deepen the banking reform.This paper takes the process bank construction as the research object has certain practical application value.Based on the combination of theoretical exploration and practical analysis, this paper firstly summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign research literature, the definition of process banking and business process reengineering concept, connotation characteristics, construction principles,Then, it summarizes and summarizes the experience and enlightenment of BPR at home and abroad, and then discusses the theory and method of BPR in commercial banks from the perspective of methodology.And the technical scheme of business process reengineering is discussed. Thirdly, combining with the current situation of the management mode of A rural commercial bank, the paper discusses the necessity and significance of constructing the process bank from the point of view of the current situation, malpractice and strategic positioning.This paper expounds the strategic objectives and basic principles, construction contents and process steps of the construction process bank of A Agricultural and Commercial Bank, explores the technical scheme of its organizational structure reengineering and business process optimization reengineering, and explains the overall implementation strategy of its process bank construction.At the same time, the implementation planning of the central task center is discussed.This research can give direct business guidance to the construction process bank of A Rural Commercial Bank, and the technical methods discussed and summarized by A Rural Commercial Bank as an example can be used for reference by other commercial banks.
