【摘要】：本文將用HHI衡量的市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)因素納入考察實(shí)際匯率波動(dòng)對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率作用機(jī)制的理論模型,并且運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)分別對(duì)從事出口和不從事出口的企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。實(shí)證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：(1)匯率升值對(duì)所有類型企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率的直接影響均顯著為負(fù)。(2)匯率升值會(huì)通過(guò)進(jìn)口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效應(yīng)顯著提高國(guó)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度較弱的行業(yè)中非出口企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率。(3)匯率升值會(huì)通過(guò)出口市場(chǎng)沖擊顯著降低國(guó)內(nèi)出口企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率,并且這種負(fù)面影響與企業(yè)所處行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)集中度和企業(yè)出口依存度正相關(guān)。另外,運(yùn)用Heckman兩步法回歸發(fā)現(xiàn)：匯率升值帶來(lái)的進(jìn)口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效應(yīng)部分是通過(guò)企業(yè)研發(fā)支出、職工培訓(xùn)這兩個(gè)途徑實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the market structure factors measured by HHI are included in the theoretical model to examine the mechanism of real exchange rate fluctuations on enterprise productivity. The empirical results show that the direct effect of exchange rate appreciation on the productivity of all types of enterprises is significantly negative. The effect of over-import competition can significantly improve the productivity of non-export enterprises in industries with weak domestic competition.) the appreciation of exchange rate will significantly reduce the productivity of domestic export enterprises through export market shocks. Moreover, the negative effects are positively related to the market concentration and export dependence of the enterprises. In addition, the Heckman two-step regression method is used to find that the import competition effect brought by exchange rate appreciation is partly through enterprise R & D expenditure. Staff training these two ways to achieve.
