【摘要】：“郡縣治,天下安”�？h域經(jīng)濟是國民經(jīng)濟的基本單元,縣域經(jīng)濟的強弱直接影響著國民經(jīng)濟的興衰。我國的縣域經(jīng)濟主要由農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟和中小企業(yè)經(jīng)濟構(gòu)成,縣域經(jīng)濟是實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化的橋梁,而發(fā)展縣域經(jīng)濟對縮小城鄉(xiāng)貧富差距,維護社會穩(wěn)定也有著不可或缺的作用。陜西省是農(nóng)業(yè)大省,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟在縣域地區(qū)乃至陜西省都占據(jù)著舉足輕重的地位。陜西省縣域經(jīng)濟在發(fā)展過程中面臨著發(fā)展水平普遍偏低、地區(qū)間發(fā)展不均衡、城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展水平差距大等問題,為解決這些問題,必須大力發(fā)展縣域經(jīng)濟,這不僅有助于提高農(nóng)民收入,縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距,對經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也是必要的。而實踐證明,經(jīng)濟與金融的發(fā)展是分不開的,為提高縣域地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平,就要注重建設(shè)縣域金融支持體系,使縣域金融對縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展能起到促進的作用。本文對陜西省經(jīng)濟及金融發(fā)展水平進行了系統(tǒng)的分析,找出陜西省縣域地區(qū)經(jīng)濟及金融發(fā)展過程中存在的問題及其成因,并以渭南市大荔縣為代表分析陜西省縣域地區(qū)經(jīng)濟及金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。本文主要通過對大荔縣、陜西省和西安市三個地區(qū)的GDP增長率、金融相關(guān)率和存貸比進行格蘭杰檢驗,通過對比分析檢驗結(jié)果,分析陜西省縣域地區(qū)金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟增長之間是否存在因果關(guān)系,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)大荔縣存在金融抑制現(xiàn)象,因此推斷出陜西省縣域地區(qū)金融發(fā)展水平較低,難以對縣域經(jīng)濟增長起到促進作用。最終根據(jù)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究理論及其它地區(qū)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,提出建設(shè)陜西省縣域金融支持體系、促進陜西省縣域金融及縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)對策及建議。
[Abstract]:The county economy is the basic unit of the national economy. The strength of the county economy directly affects the rise and fall of the national economy. The county economy of our country is mainly composed of the rural economy and the small and medium-sized enterprises economy. County economy is a bridge to realize the integration of urban and rural areas, and the development of county economy plays an indispensable role in narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor in urban and rural areas and maintaining social stability. The rural economy plays an important role in the county area and even in Shaanxi Province. In the process of development, the county economy of Shaanxi Province is faced with the problems of low level of development, uneven development among regions, large gap between urban and rural development levels, and so on. In order to solve these problems, we must vigorously develop the county economy, which not only helps to raise farmers' income, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, but also is necessary for the sustainable development of economy. In order to improve the level of economic development in the county area, we should pay attention to the construction of the financial support system at the county level, so that the county finance can promote the development of the county economy. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the level of economic and financial development in Shaanxi Province. To find out the existing problems and their causes in the process of economic and financial development in the county area of Shaanxi Province, and take Dali County of Weinan City as the representative to analyze the present situation of economic and financial development in the county area of Shaanxi Province. The GDP growth rate, financial correlation rate and deposit-loan ratio of Shaanxi Province and Xi'an City are tested by Granger test. By comparing the results of the test, the paper analyzes whether there is a causal relationship between financial development and economic growth in the county area of Shaanxi Province. The results show that there is a phenomenon of financial suppression in Dali County, so it is concluded that the level of financial development in the county area of Shaanxi Province is relatively low, and it is difficult to promote the economic growth of the county area. Finally, according to the relevant research theories at home and abroad and the development experience of other regions, This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for building county financial support system in Shaanxi province and promoting county finance and county economy development in Shaanxi province.
