【摘要】：正在復(fù)雜的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)及多元的貨幣政策工具組合下,貨幣政策的實(shí)施及操作應(yīng)該具有相機(jī)抉擇的特點(diǎn)在國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)不斷趨于復(fù)雜的背景下,中國(guó)的貨幣政策基調(diào)及取向成為大家關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),并對(duì)保持我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重大影響。2011年末中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議明確提出
