【摘要】：在我國(guó)金融業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的大背景下,證券行業(yè)也拉開(kāi)了謀求轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的序幕,傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)必然促使國(guó)內(nèi)投行逐步探索和發(fā)掘新的商業(yè)模式,向創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。證券行業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化對(duì)投行分支機(jī)構(gòu)的生存和發(fā)展提出了嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn),同時(shí)也創(chuàng)造了良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇�？梢哉f(shuō)我國(guó)投行分支機(jī)構(gòu)正處于一個(gè)十分關(guān)鍵的發(fā)展階段,因此進(jìn)行其經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略的研究是一項(xiàng)迫切而有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義的工作,制定合理有效的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略對(duì)于投行分支機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。本文運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,以投行分支機(jī)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,總結(jié)歸納投行分支機(jī)構(gòu)在現(xiàn)行發(fā)展中存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅等因素,進(jìn)而得出其戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展體系,制定經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和整體戰(zhàn)略,并落實(shí)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施。在本文具體分析過(guò)程中,綜合運(yùn)用了SWOT等戰(zhàn)略研究方法,力求研究結(jié)論的實(shí)踐性、針對(duì)性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of China's financial industry transformation, the securities industry has also opened the prelude of seeking transformation and development. The fierce competition of traditional business will inevitably prompt domestic investment banks to explore and explore new business models step by step. The changes in the internal and external environment of the securities industry have put forward a severe test for the survival and development of investment banking branches. At the same time, it has created a good development opportunity. It can be said that the investment banking branch of our country is in a very critical stage of development, so it is an urgent and practical guiding work to carry out the research on its management strategy. It is of great significance for the development of investment banking branch to formulate reasonable and effective management strategy. This paper applies the theory of enterprise strategic management, taking investment bank branch as the research object, and makes a detailed analysis of its management strategy. Summing up and summing up the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of investment banking branches in the current development, and then drawing up its strategic development system, formulating management strategic objectives and overall strategy, And carry out the strategy implementation. In the process of the concrete analysis of this paper, we comprehensively use the strategic research methods such as SWOT to strive for the practicability, pertinence and maneuverability of the research conclusions.
