【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以后，隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的日漸增強(qiáng)，我國(guó)企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景的驅(qū)動(dòng)下紛紛踏出國(guó)門(mén)對(duì)外投資以尋求更為廣闊的空間。經(jīng)過(guò)三十多年的發(fā)展，我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資規(guī)模從無(wú)到有，從小到大，取得了非�？上驳某删�，對(duì)外直接投資的各個(gè)方面與最初階段相比都發(fā)生了巨大的變化。但同時(shí)，由于當(dāng)今國(guó)際投資環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性和我國(guó)國(guó)際政治地位的特殊性，我國(guó)企業(yè)在對(duì)外投資過(guò)程中也受到了來(lái)自各方面的阻礙，這些阻礙一方面取決于我國(guó)企業(yè)相對(duì)較弱的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力，另一方面則源自于其他國(guó)家對(duì)于我國(guó)企業(yè)的不公正對(duì)待。因此，以我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ)分析我國(guó)企業(yè)在開(kāi)展國(guó)際化進(jìn)程中遇到的阻礙和存在的問(wèn)題，有助于提高未來(lái)我國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資項(xiàng)目的成功率，從而更好地實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略。 本文將以我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資現(xiàn)狀為分析基礎(chǔ)，通過(guò)選取我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資過(guò)程中受阻的典型企業(yè)為切入點(diǎn)，對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資受阻基本情況和主要原因進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)討論。 全文分為五個(gè)部分。緒論部分介紹文章相關(guān)的選題背景、研究意義和國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分定義對(duì)外直接投資的相關(guān)概念和理論，并介紹了當(dāng)今國(guó)際社會(huì)主流發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家對(duì)外商資本流入的限制性法律法規(guī)和政策。第三部分從區(qū)位選擇、行業(yè)分布、進(jìn)入模式和投資主體四個(gè)方面詳細(xì)介紹我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并通過(guò)OND指數(shù)的計(jì)算分析我國(guó)當(dāng)前對(duì)外直接投資的實(shí)際水平。第四部分結(jié)合我國(guó)企業(yè)在美國(guó)投資的受阻案例討論了我國(guó)企業(yè)在對(duì)外投資過(guò)程中受到阻礙的具體情況及原因。最后一部分為文章的總結(jié)部分，，結(jié)合上文中的分析，歸納現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資過(guò)程中存在的主要問(wèn)題，并提出促進(jìn)未來(lái)持續(xù)發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, with the increasing economic strength of our country, our enterprises have stepped out of the country to invest abroad in search of a broader space under the background of economic globalization. After more than 30 years of development. China's foreign direct investment scale from scratch, from small to large, has made very gratifying achievements, foreign direct investment in all aspects compared with the initial stage of great changes have taken place. But at the same time. Due to the complexity of the current international investment environment and the particularity of our country's international political status, Chinese enterprises have also been hindered from various aspects in the process of outward investment. On the one hand, these obstacles depend on the relatively weak competitive strength of Chinese enterprises, on the other hand, they are derived from the unfair treatment of Chinese enterprises in other countries. Based on the current situation of China's foreign direct investment (OFDI), this paper analyzes the obstacles and problems encountered in the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises, which will help to improve the success rate of OFDI projects in the future. In order to better implement the "going out" strategy. This article will take our country's foreign direct investment present situation as the analysis foundation, through the selection our country foreign direct investment process blocked typical enterprise as the breakthrough point. This paper focuses on the basic situation and main reasons of the obstruction of foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises. The full text is divided into five parts. The introduction part introduces the background of related topics, research significance and domestic and foreign research status. The second part defines the related concepts and theories of foreign direct investment. It also introduces the restrictive laws, regulations and policies on the inflow of foreign capital in the mainstream developed countries of the international community. The third part is about location selection and industry distribution. Four aspects of entry mode and the main body of investment introduce the current situation of China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) in detail. At the same time, through the calculation of OND index, the actual level of China's current foreign direct investment is analyzed. Part 4th, combined with the case of Chinese enterprises' blocking investment in the United States, discusses the hindrance in the process of Chinese enterprises' foreign investment. The last part is the summary of the article. Based on the above analysis, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the process of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment at present, and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions to promote the sustainable development in the future.
