【摘要】：我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占有重要地位。然而,在我國的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中,由于受自然條件等多種因素的影響,農(nóng)業(yè)是一個(gè)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行業(yè),且農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)普遍規(guī)模較小、資信低,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)普遍存在資金缺乏、融資難等問題,他們的發(fā)展壯大需要強(qiáng)大的金融支持。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融作為一種新的融資模式,不僅解決了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)融資難的問題,還實(shí)現(xiàn)了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)、金融機(jī)構(gòu)、第三方物流企業(yè)這三方參與者的共贏。在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融運(yùn)作過程中,選擇何種盈利模式關(guān)系直接影響到企業(yè)的利潤,對企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。然而我國開展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的時(shí)間還較短,相關(guān)的盈利模式的研究還較少,因此,針對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融運(yùn)作過程中盈利模式的研究意義重大。 本文在對相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流和物流金融的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流和物流金融的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)；通過分析湖南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流與物流金融的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出了湖南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流存在的問題,病并分析了湖南物流金融的發(fā)展趨勢；針對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融融通倉的倉單質(zhì)押模式、保兌倉模式和統(tǒng)一授信模式進(jìn)行了比較研究；結(jié)合案例,研究了第三方物流企業(yè)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融融通倉盈利模式,并進(jìn)行了盈利分析,提出了開展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融融通倉盈利模式的實(shí)施對策。 本文旨在對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融融通倉盈利模式研究,運(yùn)用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流與農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融相關(guān)理論,在對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融融通倉三種盈利模式的比較研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合典型第三方物流企業(yè)開展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融融通倉的實(shí)踐,提出農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融融通倉盈利模式的實(shí)施對策,為第三方物流企業(yè)、融資企業(yè)及金融機(jī)構(gòu)在開展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流金融業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)模式的選擇提供理論支撐,并指導(dǎo)相關(guān)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country, agriculture as the basis of the national economy, occupies an important position in the economic development of our country. However, in the process of agricultural development in China, due to the impact of natural conditions and other factors. Agriculture is a high-risk industry, and agricultural production and processing enterprises are generally small, low credit, agricultural production and processing enterprises generally lack of funds, financing difficulties and so on. As a new mode of financing, the development of agricultural products logistics finance not only solves the problem of financing difficulties of agricultural products enterprises, but also realizes agricultural products enterprises and financial institutions. In the process of financial operation of agricultural products logistics, the choice of profit model relationship directly affects the profits of enterprises. It has practical significance for the survival and development of enterprises. However, the time of developing the agricultural products logistics financial business in our country is still short, and the research on the related profit model is still less, so. It is of great significance to study the profit model in the financial operation of agricultural products logistics. Based on the literature review, this paper analyzes the current research situation of agricultural product logistics and logistics finance at home and abroad, and summarizes the related concepts of agricultural product logistics and logistics finance. By analyzing the present situation of Hunan agricultural product logistics and logistics finance, this paper finds out the existing problems of Hunan agricultural product logistics, and analyzes the development trend of Hunan logistics finance. This paper makes a comparative study on the warehouse receipt pledge mode, the confirmed warehouse model and the unified credit mode of the financial finance warehouse of agricultural products logistics. Combined with a case study, this paper studies the profit model of the financial finance warehouse of agricultural product logistics of the third party logistics enterprise, and analyzes the profit, and puts forward the implementation countermeasures of the profit mode of the financial finance warehouse of the agricultural product logistics. The purpose of this paper is to study the profit model of the financial finance of agricultural product logistics, and apply the theory of agricultural product logistics and agricultural product logistics finance. On the basis of comparative study of three profit models of agricultural product logistics financial finance warehouse, combined with the typical third party logistics enterprise to carry out agricultural product logistics financial finance warehouse practice. The paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures of the financial financing warehouse of agricultural products logistics, and provides theoretical support for the third party logistics enterprises, financing enterprises and financial institutions to choose the mode of agricultural product logistics financial business. And guide the relevant practice.
