【摘要】：去年三季度以來,我國跨境資金呈凈流出的態(tài)勢,導致儲備資產持續(xù)減少;受國內經濟增速放緩和人民幣匯率貶值預期等內外部多重因素的影響,跨境資本流動尤其是隱蔽性資本外流迅猛增加。目前,我國跨境資本流動風險總體可控,但需積極釋放匯率穩(wěn)定預期信號,減少恐慌性資本外逃,梳理資本流出渠道,使更多隱蔽性資本外流納入監(jiān)管視野。
[Abstract]:Since the three quarter of last year, China's cross-border capital showed a net outflow of the situation, resulting in reserve assets continued to decline; affected by the domestic economic slowdown and the depreciation of the RMB exchange rate expectations and other internal and external factors in the cross-border capital flows, especially the concealment of capital outflows increased rapidly. At present, China's cross-border capital flow risk overall control, but exchange rate stability is expected to actively release signal, reduce the fear of capital flight channels, combing the outflow of capital, so that more subtle capital outflows into the regulatory perspective.
