【摘要】：國外先行經驗表明對外直接投資能夠有效促進國內產業(yè)轉型升級。目前中國已經是世界第三大對外投資流量國，且當下正值國內產業(yè)轉型升級的攻堅時期，但作為一個發(fā)展中國家，中國能否像美國、日本、韓國等發(fā)達國家一樣將對外直接投資很好地服務于國內產業(yè)結構調整？當前我國對外直接投資在區(qū)位和行業(yè)選擇上是否充分考慮到國內經濟發(fā)展需要？根據國家“十二五”規(guī)劃對產業(yè)轉型升級的要求，未來中國應該采取怎樣的對外投資策略？本文在已有研究的基礎上，試對以上問題作進一步探索，研究成果可供政府的有關政策制定做參考。 首先，本文從理論上說明對外直接投資促進母國產業(yè)升級的可行性；其次，對我國對外直接投資現(xiàn)狀和產業(yè)結構現(xiàn)狀進行分析，包括我國對外直接投資的發(fā)展歷程、區(qū)位分布和行業(yè)分布、我國的產業(yè)結構現(xiàn)狀以及產業(yè)結構調整所面臨的內外壓力；然后，運用灰色關聯(lián)方法對我國對外直接投資與國內產業(yè)升級之間的關聯(lián)性進行分析，主要結論有：(1)從總體上看我國對外直接投資在一定程度上促進了國內產業(yè)升級，但促進作用有限；(2)在行業(yè)選擇上，關聯(lián)度從大到小依次為信息與計算機業(yè)、采礦業(yè)、制造業(yè)、批發(fā)與零售業(yè)、建筑業(yè)、房地產業(yè)、交通運輸業(yè)和商務服務業(yè)；(3)在區(qū)位選擇上，，關聯(lián)度從大到小依次為亞洲、拉丁美洲、北美洲、歐洲、大洋洲和非洲。最后，根據實證結果對我國對外直接投資如何更加有效地推動國內產業(yè)轉型升級提出合理的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Foreign experience shows that foreign direct investment can effectively promote the domestic industrial transformation and upgrading. At present, China has become the third largest flow of foreign investment in the world, and is now in the critical period of domestic industrial transformation and upgrading. However, as a developing country, can China, like the United States, Japan, South Korea and other developed countries, serve the domestic industrial restructuring as well as FDI? At present, does China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) take full account of the needs of domestic economic development in terms of location and industry choice? According to the requirements of the "12th Five-Year Plan" for industrial transformation and upgrading, what kind of foreign investment strategy should China adopt in the future? On the basis of the existing research, this paper tries to further explore the above problems, and the research results can be used as a reference for the government to formulate relevant policies. First of all, this paper theoretically explains the feasibility of FDI to promote the upgrading of home country industry. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of China's foreign direct investment and industrial structure, including the development of China's foreign direct investment, location distribution and industry distribution. The present situation of China's industrial structure and the internal and external pressure on the adjustment of industrial structure; Then, using the grey correlation method to analyze the relationship between China's foreign direct investment and domestic industrial upgrading. The main conclusion is: (1) on the whole, China's foreign direct investment has promoted the upgrading of domestic industry to a certain extent, but the role of promotion is limited; (2) in the choice of industry, the related degree from big to small is information and computer industry, mining industry, manufacturing industry, wholesale and retail trade, construction industry, real estate industry, transportation industry and business service industry; (3) in terms of location selection, the order of correlation is Asia, Latin America, North America, Europe, Oceania and Africa. Finally. According to the empirical results, the author puts forward reasonable policy recommendations on how to promote the transformation and upgrading of domestic industries more effectively in China's foreign direct investment (OFDI).
