【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,信托產品以其高收益、低風險的特性已經成為國民理財?shù)闹匾顿Y方向,信托資金傾向于投資高利潤增長的房地產、基礎設施和礦產能源等資金密集型行業(yè)。未來十年,隨著我國產業(yè)結構的升級,養(yǎng)老、REITs地產、旅游、動漫和小微企業(yè)等五個領域有望為信托資金提供新的投資空間。
