【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化建設作為我國改變傳統(tǒng)城鄉(xiāng)二元體制，扭轉農村貧困，實現(xiàn)未來新階段經濟增長的重要戰(zhàn)略之一，一直是我國經濟工作的重點問題。建設銀行吉林省分行在支持吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化建設過程也承擔了重要的職責，并提供了主要的金融服務，因此有必要總結和客觀評價建設銀行基于金融服務支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設的效率，強化其支持功能有助于改善其金融服務質量，提升其在城鎮(zhèn)化建設過程中的地位，，將有助于吉林省“十二五規(guī)劃”的順利實現(xiàn)。本文在客觀審視當前建設銀行吉林省分行支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設服務的基礎上，對其支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設策略所取得的成績和不足進行了分析，并基于對科學城鎮(zhèn)化建設理念的梳理和界定的基礎上，針對建設銀行吉林省分行支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設金融服務的基本方式、主要內容和實施手段提出了指導意見，以幫助其完善現(xiàn)有支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設的金融服務體系。城市讓生活更美好，消除中國城鄉(xiāng)二元結構、縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民之間的收入差距必然要靠城鎮(zhèn)化建設來實現(xiàn)。然而在城鎮(zhèn)化建設過程中包含眾多建設項目，并要始終貫徹可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略理念，城鎮(zhèn)化建設不是一蹴而就的，在城鎮(zhèn)化建設過程中不僅需要國家的財政、稅收政策的支持，還需要眾多商業(yè)銀行積極踴躍的為城鎮(zhèn)化建設提供金融支持。在世界經濟整體發(fā)展緩慢的大背景下，中國經濟仍能一枝獨秀在很大程度上依賴于進行城鎮(zhèn)化建設所帶來的推動作用，所以加快推進城鎮(zhèn)化建設是目前中國抓緊機遇發(fā)展經濟的重要時期。建設銀行吉林分行在吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化建設過程中起到的重要作用是不言而喻的，本文將著眼于建設銀行吉林分行在提供金融支持時的發(fā)展理念、融資項目以及人員組織架構來分析其在吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化建設中存在的重要性和不足。 文章共分為四章：第1章是緒論部分對本文研究的理論和現(xiàn)實基礎進行簡要的描述，主要概述了文章的選題根據(jù)、選題意義、研究方法以及要解決的問題；第2章對建設銀行吉林省分行當前支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設的服務體系進行了系統(tǒng)和客觀的分析，描述了吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化建設的現(xiàn)狀以及建設銀行吉林分行在支持吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化建設現(xiàn)存的支持服務體系；第3章客觀總結了建設銀行吉林省分行當前支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設金融服務體系存在的問題和不足，并從可全面支持理念的缺失、融資項目單一以及組織架構的不合理三方面加以闡述；第4章分別從城鎮(zhèn)化建設支撐服務的基本方向、服務內容、實施手段等方面提出建設銀行吉林省分行改善和提升支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設服務效率的可行策略。
[Abstract]:Urbanization construction is one of the important strategies to change the traditional urban-rural dual system, reverse rural poverty and realize economic growth in the new stage in the future. China's economic work has been a key issue. The Construction Bank Jilin Province Branch has also assumed an important role in supporting the urbanization process in Jilin Province and provided the main financial services. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize and objectively evaluate the efficiency of China Construction Bank in supporting urbanization based on financial services. Strengthening its support function will help to improve the quality of its financial services and enhance its position in the process of urbanization construction. It will contribute to the smooth realization of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Jilin Province. This paper will objectively examine the current construction bank Jilin Province Branch to support the construction of urbanization on the basis of services. It analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the strategy of supporting urbanization construction, and based on the scientific concept of urbanization construction on the basis of combing and defining. In view of the construction bank Jilin province branch supports the urbanization construction financial service basic way, the main content and the implementation method has proposed the guidance opinion. In order to help it improve the existing financial services system supporting the construction of urbanization, the city makes life better and eliminates the dual structure of China's urban and rural areas. To narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents must be achieved by urbanization. However, in the process of urbanization, many construction projects are included, and the strategic concept of sustainable development should always be implemented. Urbanization construction is not accomplished overnight, in the process of urbanization construction not only needs the support of national finance, tax policy. It also needs a large number of commercial banks to actively provide financial support for the construction of urbanization. In the context of the slow development of the world economy as a whole. China's economy can still outshine in large part depends on the impetus brought about by the construction of urbanization. Therefore, speeding up the construction of urbanization is an important period for China to seize the opportunity to develop the economy. Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank plays an important role in the process of urbanization construction in Jilin Province, which is self-evident. This paper will focus on the development concept, financing project and personnel organization structure of Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank in order to analyze its importance and deficiency in the urbanization construction of Jilin Province. The article is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction of the theoretical and practical basis of this paper is a brief description, mainly summarized the topic of the article, the significance of the topic, research methods and the problems to be solved; Chapter 2 makes a systematic and objective analysis on the current service system of the Construction Bank Jilin Branch to support the urbanization construction. This paper describes the current situation of urbanization construction in Jilin Province and the existing support service system of Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank in support of urbanization construction in Jilin Province. The third chapter objectively summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the current financial service system in support of urbanization in Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank, and from the lack of the concept of comprehensive support. The financing project is single and the organization structure is unreasonable. Chapter 4 puts forward the feasible strategies to improve and enhance the service efficiency of urbanization construction in Jilin Province Branch of China Construction Bank from the following aspects: the basic direction, service content and implementation means of urbanization construction support service.
