【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷穩(wěn)步提升使得人民幣國(guó)家化進(jìn)程的腳步不斷加快。隨著我國(guó)與東南亞、東亞等國(guó)家地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和貿(mào)易往來(lái)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì)，人民幣近年來(lái)的需求也隨之不斷增長(zhǎng)。香港人民幣離岸中心的建立對(duì)于人民幣的國(guó)際化具有十分重要的意義和推動(dòng)作用。一方面，香港人民幣離岸金融中心的建立可以促進(jìn)利率和匯率的市場(chǎng)化；另一方面，離岸金融中心的建立可以通過(guò)更好地估計(jì)離岸人民幣流通的規(guī)模從而達(dá)到提高在岸金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)效率的目的。本文在第一部分首先闡述了人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)的概念、特點(diǎn)和香港作為人民幣離岸金融市場(chǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。在文章的第二部分，本文在針對(duì)香港人民幣離岸金融市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展對(duì)內(nèi)地貨幣政策的影響方面采用了將定性分析和定量分析兩種方式相結(jié)合的方法。在定性分析方面，，一方面從利率、匯率、資產(chǎn)價(jià)格三個(gè)角度論述了香港人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r對(duì)貨幣政策傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制的影響；另一方面通過(guò)喬頓模型分析了離岸市場(chǎng)規(guī)模的發(fā)展對(duì)內(nèi)地貨幣供給量的影響。在定量分析上，本文選取了境內(nèi)人民供應(yīng)量（M2）、香港離岸市場(chǎng)規(guī)模（HRD）、人民幣即期匯率、NDF匯率等數(shù)據(jù)，采用Granger因果檢驗(yàn)法等方法分析了在岸市場(chǎng)與離岸市場(chǎng)的相互影響關(guān)系。在文章的最后，本文就以上研究的結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析，并依據(jù)實(shí)際情況對(duì)如何減弱香港人民幣離岸金融市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展對(duì)境內(nèi)貨幣政策的沖擊提出了對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:The economic strength of steady improvement makes the process of accelerating the pace of RMB countries. With China and Southeast Asia, East Asia and other countries and regions in economic and trade continues to expand the scale of the trend of the RMB demand in recent years has increased rapidly. Hongkong has very important significance to establish RMB off shore Center for RMB internationalization and role. On the one hand, the establishment of offshore financial centers in Hongkong can promote the marketization of interest rate and exchange rate; on the other hand, can be established through better estimation of offshore RMB circulation scale so as to improve the efficiency of the bank financial regulators to offshore financial center. The first part describes the concept of offshore RMB market the characteristics and the Hongkong as the RMB offshore financial market advantage. In the second part of this paper. In the Hongkong influence the development of the RMB offshore financial market on monetary policy in the mainland by the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of the two modes. In the aspect of qualitative analysis, on the one hand, from the interest rate, exchange rate, three aspects of asset price discusses the development status of Hongkong RMB offshore market on the transmission mechanism monetary policy; on the other hand, analysis of the impact of the development of offshore market size of mainland money supply by Jordan model. In the quantitative analysis, this paper selects the domestic supply of people (M2), Hongkong's offshore market scale (HRD), the spot exchange rate of RMB exchange rate, NDF data, using Granger test to analyze the mutual influence in the offshore market and the offshore market. In the end, this paper summarizes and analyzes the results above, according to the actual situation of how to weaken The development of the offshore financial market in Hongkong has put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the impact of the domestic monetary policy.
