配套型裝備制造業(yè)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型模式及價(jià)值分析研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,中國(guó)制造業(yè)水平得到了顯著提高,但是中國(guó)只是制造大國(guó),不是制造強(qiáng)國(guó),還處在工業(yè)化中期階段,我國(guó)大多數(shù)企業(yè)還處在制造業(yè)最低端。其主要原因是,我國(guó)制造業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力弱,很多技術(shù)和先進(jìn)設(shè)備等還需要依賴(lài)國(guó)外企業(yè)。近年來(lái),由于勞動(dòng)力成本增加,土地、環(huán)境資源有限等原因,處于最低端的制造企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)空間越來(lái)越小,從制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈角度分析,處于微笑曲線前段和后端的研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)和售后服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)才是高附加值環(huán)節(jié),要想改變我國(guó)制造業(yè)在制造產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的地位,企業(yè)必須進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。裝備制造業(yè)是制造業(yè)的核心組成部分,在裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中,企業(yè)配套是很重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),而我國(guó)配套制造業(yè)的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較弱。本研究以配套型裝備制造業(yè)為背景,結(jié)合我國(guó)配套型裝備制造業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,系統(tǒng)分析配套型裝備制造業(yè)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型模式及價(jià)值分析。 本研究首先對(duì)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型相關(guān)理論的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié),根據(jù)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的含義,重點(diǎn)剖析制造企業(yè)向服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)變的一般過(guò)程、轉(zhuǎn)型影響因素和轉(zhuǎn)型模式,深入研究了服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型能力模型和轉(zhuǎn)型模式的選擇及對(duì)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型模式的價(jià)值分析。最后,以YN企業(yè)為例,構(gòu)造了企業(yè)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型模式的模型,對(duì)YN企業(yè)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型模式價(jià)值進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。對(duì)研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行總結(jié),找出研究的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,并針對(duì)于此提出進(jìn)一步完善和改進(jìn)建議。 論文的主要研究對(duì)象是配套型裝備制造型企業(yè)的服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型模式和所選擇模式的價(jià)值分析。通過(guò)深入研究,建立了服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型能力分析模型和服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型模式選擇的模型,在服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型模式價(jià)值分析部分,選取了5個(gè)一級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)因素和16個(gè)二級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)因素構(gòu)成的配套型裝備制造企業(yè)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型模式價(jià)值分析評(píng)價(jià)因素體系。主要研究方法有:運(yùn)用層次分析和專(zhuān)家打分的方法確定評(píng)價(jià)因素的權(quán)重;并通過(guò)模糊評(píng)價(jià)法分析服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型模式的價(jià)值所在。本研究對(duì)配套型裝備制造企業(yè)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型有借鑒作用,對(duì)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, China's manufacturing level has been significantly improved, but China is only a big manufacturing country, not a manufacturing power, is still in the middle stage of industrialization, most of our enterprises are still in the lowest end of the manufacturing industry. The main reason is that the independent innovation ability of our manufacturing industry is weak, and many technology and advanced equipment need to rely on foreign enterprises. In recent years, due to the increase in labor costs, limited land, and limited environmental resources, the profit space of the manufacturing enterprises at the lowest end is becoming smaller and smaller, and it is analyzed from the perspective of the manufacturing industry chain. The R & D design and after-sales service in front of smile curve and back-end are high value-added links. In order to change the position of manufacturing industry in our country, enterprises must transform and upgrade. The equipment manufacturing industry is the core component of the manufacturing industry. In the equipment manufacturing industry chain, the enterprise matching is a very important link, but the overall competitiveness of the supporting manufacturing industry in our country is weak. Based on the background of the matching equipment manufacturing industry and the actual situation of the matching equipment manufacturing industry in China, this paper systematically analyzes the service transformation mode and the value analysis of the matching equipment manufacturing industry. According to the meaning of service transformation, this research focuses on the general process, influencing factors and transformation mode of manufacturing enterprise to service transformation, which is based on the literature review and summary of the related theories of service transformation. This paper deeply studies the service transition capability model, the choice of the transition mode and the value analysis of the service transition model. Finally, taking YN enterprise as an example, this paper constructs a model of enterprise service transformation model, and evaluates the value of YN enterprise service transformation mode. The conclusion of the study is summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of the study are found out, and suggestions for further improvement are put forward. The main research object of this paper is the service transformation mode and the value analysis of the selected mode of equipment manufacturing enterprises. Through in-depth research, a service transition capability analysis model and a service transition mode selection model are established, and in the value analysis part of the service transition pattern, The value analysis and evaluation factor system of service transformation mode of equipment manufacturing enterprises is selected, which is composed of five first-level evaluation factors and 16 second-level evaluation factors. The main research methods are as follows: using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert scoring method to determine the weight of evaluation factors and analyzing the value of service transformation model by fuzzy evaluation method. This study can be used for reference in the service transformation of matching equipment manufacturing enterprises, and can promote the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
