【摘要】：人類(lèi)想要實(shí)現(xiàn)持久的生存和長(zhǎng)期的發(fā)展，可持續(xù)發(fā)展是必然選擇，而能源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展又是重中之重。在我國(guó)煤炭是最主要能源，，如何提高煤炭開(kāi)采效率，保證煤炭的可持續(xù)應(yīng)用和發(fā)展就成為目前研究的主要難題。本文以中煤集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象，重點(diǎn)研究了煤炭企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和措施。 本文首先對(duì)這一課題的研究意義和研究背景進(jìn)行介紹，分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外煤炭資源現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展做了簡(jiǎn)單介紹。通過(guò)引入可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論作為煤炭企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次，研究中煤集團(tuán)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。首先對(duì)中煤集團(tuán)情況進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹，并對(duì)其經(jīng)營(yíng)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析，運(yùn)用SWOT分析法分析其面對(duì)的機(jī)遇、威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。通過(guò)這些分析結(jié)果對(duì)中煤集團(tuán)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究，提出應(yīng)逐步從以煤炭生產(chǎn)為主導(dǎo)的發(fā)展模式向包含煤炭在內(nèi)的多種產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)并存的發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)變，實(shí)現(xiàn)煤炭主業(yè)與煤炭相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)和非煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式。 本文在最后根據(jù)中煤集團(tuán)的實(shí)際情況，分析了中煤集團(tuán)在實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中所采取的具體措施，根據(jù)這些措施不僅可以幫助中煤集團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目的，同時(shí)也可以為國(guó)內(nèi)其他煤炭企業(yè)作為指導(dǎo)，根據(jù)自身企業(yè)特點(diǎn)采取相應(yīng)措施。
[Abstract]:In order to achieve long-term survival and long-term development, sustainable development is the inevitable choice, and the sustainable development of energy is the most important. Coal is the most important energy in China. How to improve the efficiency of coal mining and ensure the sustainable application and development of coal has become the main research problem. Taking China Coal Group as the research object, this paper focuses on the sustainable development strategy and measures of coal enterprises. Firstly, this paper introduces the research significance and background of this subject, analyzes the present situation of coal resources at home and abroad, and makes a brief introduction to the sustainable development of coal enterprises. Through the introduction of sustainable development theory and circular economy theory as the theoretical basis for the study of sustainable development of coal enterprises. Secondly, the sustainable development strategy of China Coal Group is studied. First of all, the situation of China Coal Group is briefly introduced, and the internal and external environment of its operation is analyzed. The opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses faced by China Coal Group are analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. Through these analysis results, the sustainable development strategy of China Coal Group is studied, and it is pointed out that the development mode should be gradually changed from coal production-oriented development mode to coal industry structure co-existence development mode. To realize the coordinated development of the main coal industry, coal-related industry and non-coal industry. Finally, according to the actual situation of China Coal Group, this paper analyzes the concrete measures taken by China Coal Group in the process of achieving sustainable development. According to these measures, it can not only help the China Coal Group to achieve the purpose of sustainable development, At the same time, it can also be used as guidance for other domestic coal enterprises, and take corresponding measures according to the characteristics of their own enterprises.
