【摘要】：正1前言自主創(chuàng)新分為:技術(shù)革新、原始創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)造發(fā)明。技術(shù)革新是立足于原有科技知識基礎(chǔ)上進行的技術(shù)改進。我們在工廠中發(fā)動群眾技術(shù)革新就是走的這一條路。大家動手,廣泛開展,就能積少成多,也會給整個技術(shù)帶來重大進步。原始創(chuàng)新必須改變技術(shù)的科學知識基礎(chǔ),這是走的另一種類型的道路。我國正貫徹執(zhí)行科教興國、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家,因此如何去實行自主創(chuàng)新,即成為重要的問題。我們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪械碾娨暀C由陰極射線管發(fā)展為液晶電視,照相機由膠卷照相發(fā)展為數(shù)碼照相機等等即為
[Abstract]:Introduction: independent innovation is divided into: technological innovation, original innovation and innovation. The technological innovation is based on the original scientific and technological knowledge to carry on the technical improvement. It is this way that we have initiated mass technological innovation in the factory. All hands-on, extensive development, you can accumulate more, but also bring great progress to the entire technology. Original innovation must change the scientific knowledge base of technology, which is another type of road. China is carrying out the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, innovation-driven development strategy and building an innovative country. Therefore, how to carry out independent innovation has become an important issue. In our daily life, television sets are developed from cathode ray tubes to liquid crystal televisions, cameras from film to digital cameras, and so on.
