【摘要】：宜山是浙江蒼南紡織業(yè)重鎮(zhèn)，，也是聞名全國(guó)的再生纖維生產(chǎn)基地。宜山紡織業(yè)是傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)，在浙江省有深厚的工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)，也是重要的民生產(chǎn)業(yè)，在滿足人民生活基本需要、增加政府財(cái)政收入、吸納社會(huì)就業(yè)人員、擴(kuò)大企業(yè)出口創(chuàng)匯、促進(jìn)宜山地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面具有積極的作用。 但隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展，紡織服裝業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇，消費(fèi)者個(gè)性化需求的不斷增多，產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代速度不斷加快，使宜山紡織服裝業(yè)的發(fā)展受到了前所未有的諸多考驗(yàn)，尤其在全球金融危機(jī)的歷程中，宜山許多紡織企業(yè)陷入困境，甚至瀕臨倒閉。同時(shí)，宜山傳統(tǒng)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的能耗高、污染大、經(jīng)營(yíng)亂、企業(yè)小、政策弱、從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)低等諸多突出問(wèn)題，也嚴(yán)重阻礙了紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)的良性可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此，宜山鎮(zhèn)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級(jí)成為該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在。 本文在分析宜山傳統(tǒng)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上，依托宜山紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)和機(jī)遇，借助產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論，從服裝紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設(shè)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、品牌經(jīng)營(yíng)、市場(chǎng)拓展、產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)以及政府扶持等多個(gè)側(cè)面提出建設(shè)宜山紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的對(duì)策建議，為宜山鎮(zhèn)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)及其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升提供理論參考，也為當(dāng)?shù)卣诩徔棶a(chǎn)業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展進(jìn)行科學(xué)決策時(shí)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Yishan is Zhejiang Cangnan textile industry town, but also famous for the country's recycled fiber production base. Yishan textile industry is a traditional preponderant industry, has a deep industrial foundation in Zhejiang Province, and is also an important industry for the people's livelihood. In meeting the basic needs of the people, increasing government revenue, absorbing social employment personnel, and expanding the export of enterprises to earn foreign exchange, It plays a positive role in promoting the economic development of Yishan area. However, with the development of economic globalization, the competition of textile and garment industry is increasing day by day, the individual demand of consumers is increasing, and the speed of product renewal is speeding up, which makes the development of Yishan textile and garment industry suffer many tests never before. Especially in the course of the global financial crisis, many textile enterprises in Yishan are in a difficult position, even on the verge of bankruptcy. At the same time, the traditional textile industry in Yishan has many outstanding problems, such as high energy consumption, large pollution, chaotic operation, small enterprises, weak policies, low quality of employees, and so on, which also seriously hinder the benign and sustainable development of the textile industry. Therefore, the upgrading of Yishan town textile industry has become the key to the economic development of the region. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in Yishan traditional textile industry, this paper relies on the advantages and opportunities of Yishan textile industry development, with the aid of industry chain theory, from the construction of garment textile industry park, technological innovation, brand management, market expansion, In order to provide a theoretical reference for the upgrading of Yishan textile industry and its core competitiveness, the training of industrial technicians and the support of the government are put forward in order to provide the countermeasures and suggestions for the upgrading of Yishan textile industry. It also provides the basis for the local government to make scientific decision on the future development of textile industry.
