裝備制造業(yè)服務化實現(xiàn)路徑研究

【摘要】:從世界經(jīng)濟分工看,發(fā)達國家逐漸將其部分產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移到發(fā)展中國家,形成了全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上,發(fā)達國家逐漸向高附加值環(huán)節(jié)移動,服務業(yè)比重日益增加。裝備制造業(yè)在經(jīng)濟全球化與分工日益明確的今天,也隨著服務經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展逐漸開始重視服務環(huán)節(jié)所帶來的價值。傳統(tǒng)的裝備制造業(yè)依賴豐富的自然資源、低廉的勞動力獲取價格競爭優(yōu)勢,隨著這些資源成本越來越高,中國裝備制造業(yè)需要依靠技術創(chuàng)新或商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新來獲取可持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢。裝備制造業(yè)服務化為裝備制造業(yè)向可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了一個新的發(fā)展契機,將有效驅(qū)動裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展模式由傳統(tǒng)的對自然資源、勞動力的依賴轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷χR、創(chuàng)新和服務的依賴。 本文針對裝備制造業(yè)服務化問題展開研究,從裝備制造業(yè)服務化動因入手,分析了研究區(qū)域裝備制造業(yè)服務化過程,從環(huán)境因素和組織因素總結出影響裝備制造業(yè)服務化發(fā)展的主要因素;利用SPSS方法和Cobb-Douglas生產(chǎn)函數(shù)構建裝備制造業(yè)服務化影響因素評價模型,檢驗各因素對地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)服務化影響方向及強度,揭示了裝備制造業(yè)服務化發(fā)展機理;根據(jù)裝備制造業(yè)服務化發(fā)展的特點和規(guī)律性,從產(chǎn)品服務系統(tǒng)與價值鏈理論出發(fā),設計出產(chǎn)品導向式延伸價值鏈、產(chǎn)品與服務整合式拓展價值鏈、效用導向式構建價值網(wǎng)絡三種裝備制造業(yè)服務化路徑并提出適用條件;結合適用條件提出了路徑的選擇思路和方法,分別從經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、技術環(huán)境和組織環(huán)境對裝備制造業(yè)服務化發(fā)展的條件進行了定性分析,,從投入產(chǎn)出角度提出裝備制造業(yè)服務化程度測度方法;最后,以黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)為例進行實證分析,并提出裝備制造業(yè)服務化發(fā)展的對策建議。通過本文的研究,以期為地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)服務化發(fā)展提供理論參考,充分發(fā)揮各地區(qū)的比較優(yōu)勢,有助于中國裝備制造業(yè)在價值鏈中占據(jù)有利位置。
[Abstract]:From the world economic division of labor, developed countries gradually transferred some of their industries to developing countries, forming a global industrial chain. In the industrial chain, developed countries gradually move to high-value-added links, and the proportion of service industry is increasing day by day. The equipment manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly clear in the economic globalization and division of labor, but also with the development of the service economy, it has gradually begun to attach importance to the value brought by the service link. The traditional equipment manufacturing industry relies on abundant natural resources and cheap labor to gain the competitive advantage of price. As the cost of these resources becomes higher and higher, China's equipment manufacturing industry needs to rely on technological innovation or business model innovation to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage. The service of the equipment manufacturing industry has provided a new opportunity for the development of the equipment manufacturing industry to the sustainable development. The development mode of effectively driving the equipment manufacturing industry has changed from the traditional dependence on natural resources and labor to the knowledge. Innovation and service dependence. In this paper, the service-oriented problem of equipment manufacturing industry is studied, and the service process of regional equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed. The main factors influencing the service development of the equipment manufacturing industry are summarized from the environmental and organizational factors. Using SPSS method and Cobb-Douglas production function to construct the evaluation model of service factors of equipment manufacturing industry, to test the influence direction and intensity of each factor on regional equipment manufacturing service, and to reveal the mechanism of equipment manufacturing service development. According to the characteristics and regularity of the service development of the equipment manufacturing industry, starting from the product service system and the value chain theory, this paper designs the product oriented extension value chain and the product and service integration expansion value chain. Utility oriented construction of value network three service paths of equipment manufacturing industry and the suitable conditions are put forward. According to the applicable conditions, this paper puts forward the way to choose the path and analyzes the conditions of the service development of the equipment manufacturing industry from the economic environment, the technical environment and the organizational environment, respectively. From the angle of input and output, the paper puts forward a method to measure the service degree of equipment manufacturing industry. Finally, taking the equipment manufacturing industry of Heilongjiang Province as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the service development of the equipment manufacturing industry. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide theoretical reference for the service development of regional equipment manufacturing industry, give full play to the comparative advantages of each region, and help China's equipment manufacturing industry to occupy a favorable position in the value chain.
