【摘要】：近年來(lái),廣西制纖維板產(chǎn)業(yè)總體規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,纖維板生產(chǎn)量為全國(guó)第一,已經(jīng)成為名副其實(shí)的廣西支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。未來(lái),要促進(jìn)廣西纖維板產(chǎn)業(yè)又好又快發(fā)展,需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)廣西纖維板產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展策略研究。本研究首先通過(guò)研究背景提出研究問(wèn)題,分析研究意義和目的,在此基礎(chǔ)上全面剖析策略理論和分析工具,并對(duì)制糖企業(yè)發(fā)展策略相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)展開綜述,提出本研究的內(nèi)容及研究基本方法和思路。緊接著,通過(guò)廣西纖維板產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展概況分析,剖析了廣西纖維板產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)及劣勢(shì),然后在國(guó)內(nèi)和廣西纖維板企業(yè)發(fā)展概況分析基礎(chǔ)上,利用PEST方法分析廣西纖維板產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的外部宏觀環(huán)境、運(yùn)用波特鉆石模型剖析廣西纖維板產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,提出廣西纖維板產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的機(jī)遇與威脅。隨后,針對(duì)廣西纖維板產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略展開選擇與定位。最后,提出廣西纖維板產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略實(shí)施策略與對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the overall scale of Guangxi fiberboard industry has been expanding, the production of fiberboard is the first in China, and has become a pillar industry in Guangxi. In the future, in order to promote the development of Guangxi fiberboard industry, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the development strategy of Guangxi fiberboard industry. In this study, firstly, through the research background put forward the research questions, analysis the significance and purpose of the study, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of strategy theory and analysis tools, and the development strategy of sugar enterprises related literature review. The contents, basic methods and train of thought of this study are put forward. Then, through the analysis of the development situation of Guangxi fiberboard industry, the advantages and disadvantages of Guangxi fiberboard industry are analyzed, and then on the basis of the analysis of domestic and Guangxi fiberboard enterprises' development situation, The external macro environment of the development of Guangxi fiberboard industry is analyzed by using PEST method, the competition environment of Guangxi fiberboard industry is analyzed by using Porter diamond model, and the opportunities and threats facing the development of Guangxi fiberboard industry are put forward. Subsequently, in view of Guangxi fiberboard industry development strategy launches the choice and the localization. Finally, put forward Guangxi fiberboard industry development strategy implementation strategy and countermeasure suggestion.
