【摘要】：歷經近幾年的電子制造業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展后,中國電子制造業(yè)在產能已過剩。加上近年的全球經濟不景氣,不管是美商、日商、臺商及國內的電子制造工廠,都因為出口需求降低,而營收成長有限,連帶著在制造及檢測設備的投資上變得保守,某些資質較差的工廠,也開始出售現(xiàn)有的設備,造成二手市場中的二手設備流通,更是沖擊了設備供應商在設備銷售表現(xiàn)。本文的研究方向著重在討論檢測設備商,如何因應二手設備商的沖擊及挑戰(zhàn),透過對理論知識和電子制造檢測市場現(xiàn)況的討論與研究,提出設備商在二手設備市場的營銷策略并以A公司的檢測設備為例,進行案例研究。
[Abstract]:After years of booming electronics manufacturing, China's electronics manufacturing industry has overcapacity. In addition, due to the recent global economic downturn, both American, Japanese, Taiwanese and domestic electronic manufacturing factories have become conservative in terms of investment in manufacturing and testing equipment, due to lower export demand and limited revenue growth. Some less qualified factories also began to sell existing equipment, resulting in the circulation of second-hand equipment in the secondary market, but also hit equipment suppliers in equipment sales performance. The research direction of this paper focuses on the discussion of testing equipment manufacturers, how to cope with the impact and challenges of second-hand equipment manufacturers, and through the discussion and research on theoretical knowledge and the current situation of electronic manufacturing testing market. This paper puts forward the marketing strategy of the equipment manufacturer in the second hand equipment market and takes the testing equipment of company A as an example to carry on the case study.
