【摘要】：舵手型企業(yè)的成功帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的成功是產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的一個(gè)普遍現(xiàn)實(shí)。本文從舵手型企業(yè)創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)的角度出發(fā),以豐田汽車為典型案例,探討了舵手型企業(yè)對(duì)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中其他非舵手企業(yè)的促進(jìn)機(jī)制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),舵手型企業(yè)通過(guò)耦合式、維穩(wěn)式和協(xié)作式三種創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)機(jī)制,分別提升了生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的耦合程度和穩(wěn)定性,以及非舵手企業(yè)的知識(shí)吸收能力,從而降低了創(chuàng)新成本,提高了期望收益,增加了非舵手企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。與此同時(shí),三種創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)機(jī)制有機(jī)結(jié)合,反作用于非舵手企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新動(dòng)機(jī),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了創(chuàng)新作用的疊加放大。
[Abstract]:The success of helmsman-type enterprises drives the success of industrial ecosystem is a universal reality in industrial development. This paper discusses the promotion mechanism of the helmsman type enterprises to other non-helmsman enterprises in the innovation ecosystem from the angle of the innovation leading of the helmsman enterprises and taking Toyota as a typical case. It is found that the coupling degree and stability of the ecosystem and the knowledge absorption ability of the non-helmsman enterprises are improved by the three innovation promotion mechanisms of coupling, stability and collaboration, and thus the innovation cost is reduced. It improves the expected income and increases the innovation performance of non-helmsman enterprises. At the same time, the three innovation promotion mechanisms combine organically and counteract the innovation motive of the non-helmsman enterprise, thus realizing the superposition and amplification of the innovation function.
