【摘要】：設(shè)備管理是企業(yè)產(chǎn)量、質(zhì)量、效率和交貨期的保證。設(shè)備能否經(jīng)常保持良好的技術(shù)狀態(tài)關(guān)系到企業(yè)利潤(rùn)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力和未來(lái)的發(fā)展。TPM作為一種“降本增效的有益方法”，，越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。本文結(jié)合作者所在THMC公司實(shí)際情況，針對(duì)THMC公司TPM管理體系的建立及其應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究和實(shí)踐，旨在促進(jìn)TPM活動(dòng)在生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的科學(xué)普及和有效應(yīng)用。 本文主要研究工作如下： 1）在深入學(xué)習(xí)和充分領(lǐng)會(huì)TPM理論內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合THMC公司的實(shí)際情況，提出應(yīng)用TPM這種“降本增效有益方法”的理念改進(jìn)企業(yè)設(shè)備管理，包括明確了TPM的目標(biāo)及其效果、活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容及其特點(diǎn)等，為T(mén)HMC公司TPM管理體系的建立和實(shí)施奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 2）依據(jù)TPM基本原理與推行步驟，結(jié)合THMC公司的實(shí)際情況，在THMC公司通過(guò)自主保養(yǎng)體系的建立，實(shí)現(xiàn)“自己的設(shè)備，自己管理”；通過(guò)計(jì)劃保全體系的建立，消除設(shè)備意外故障；通過(guò)效率化的個(gè)別改善，提升設(shè)備的OEE等建立起THMC公司的設(shè)備管理體系。 3）為確保設(shè)備生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性和效率，在結(jié)合THMC公司生產(chǎn)實(shí)際的基礎(chǔ)上，就TPM實(shí)施的幾個(gè)主要方面進(jìn)行研究和分析，包括設(shè)備ABC分類、CBM狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)、5S和目視化管理、提案活動(dòng)，幫助企業(yè)有效減少設(shè)備維修頻次及停機(jī)時(shí)間。 4）在TPM實(shí)踐中，作者力求將TPM一般理論與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際及質(zhì)量管理有效方法相結(jié)合，提出了TPM活動(dòng)與六西格瑪管理結(jié)合的方法，并將其付諸實(shí)施。六西格瑪管理將枯燥乏味的TPM管理，變成了以數(shù)據(jù)為依托，以流程為步驟地一種管理模式。對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部來(lái)說(shuō)，這種管理模式可以更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)改進(jìn)的目的。 本文研究不僅僅保證了TPM在THMC公司的順利實(shí)施，為企業(yè)發(fā)展提供有力支持和幫助，同時(shí)對(duì)TPM理論的完善與發(fā)展具有一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Equipment management is the guarantee of production, quality, efficiency and delivery date. Whether the equipment can always maintain a good technical state has a bearing on the profit, competitive strength and future development of the enterprise. As a "beneficial method of reducing cost and increasing efficiency", TPM has attracted more and more attention. Based on the actual situation of the author in THMC Company, this paper studies the establishment and application of TPM management system in THMC Company in order to promote the scientific popularization and effective application of TPM activities in manufacturing enterprises. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1) on the basis of deeply studying and fully understanding the connotation of TPM theory, combined with the actual situation of THMC Company, this paper puts forward the idea of applying TPM to improve enterprise equipment management. Including the clear goal and effect of TPM, the content and characteristics of the activities, which laid a foundation for the establishment and implementation of TPM management system of THMC Company. 2) according to the basic principle and implementation steps of TPM, combined with the actual situation of THMC Company, through the establishment of independent maintenance system in THMC Company, realize "own equipment, own management"; The equipment management system of THMC Company is established through the establishment of the plan security system, the elimination of the unexpected malfunction of the equipment, and the improvement of the efficiency of the individual improvement, the promotion of the equipment of the OEE and so on. 3) in order to ensure the continuity and efficiency of equipment production, based on the production practice of THMC Company, several main aspects of TPM implementation are studied and analyzed, including equipment ABC classification, CBM status monitoring, 5S and visual management. Proposal activities to help enterprises effectively reduce equipment maintenance frequency and downtime. 4) in the practice of TPM, the author tries to combine the general theory of TPM with the effective methods of enterprise production and quality management, and puts forward the method of combining TPM activities with six Sigma management, and puts it into practice. Six Sigma management turns boring TPM management into a data-based, process-based management model. For the enterprise, this management model can better achieve the purpose of continuous improvement. This study not only ensures the smooth implementation of TPM in THMC Company, but also provides support and help for the development of enterprises. It also promotes the improvement and development of TPM theory.
