【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟的進步,各個企業(yè)之間的競爭變得越來越激烈,制造業(yè)也是如此,要想讓企業(yè)在激烈的競爭中謀求更快更好的發(fā)展,做好成本管理工作是其中的基礎和關鍵,但就目前市場環(huán)境來看,企業(yè)成本管理環(huán)境在不斷的變化和發(fā)展,為了使企業(yè)能夠取得競爭優(yōu)勢,就必須更新成本管理理念,研究適合制造業(yè)企業(yè)文化和戰(zhàn)略目標的成本管理理論框架,要充分的考慮到制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)前、生產(chǎn)中以及后期銷售過程中的成本管理,構建全面細致的成本管理理論框架體系,然而就目前制造業(yè)的成本管理理論框架來看依舊存在一些問題和不足,所以本文主要通過分析制造業(yè)成本管理理論框架構建的目標、特點、原則及內(nèi)容來研究現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)成本管理的方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the progress of economy, the competition among the enterprises becomes more and more intense, and so is the manufacturing industry. In order to make the enterprises seek faster and better development in the fierce competition, Cost management is the foundation and key of cost management, but in view of current market environment, enterprise cost management environment is constantly changing and developing, in order to enable enterprises to obtain competitive advantage, it is necessary to update the concept of cost management. To study the theoretical framework of cost management suitable for manufacturing enterprise culture and strategic objectives, we should take full account of the cost management before, during and after sales of manufacturing products. Building a comprehensive and meticulous cost management theoretical framework system, however, there are still some problems and deficiencies in the current manufacturing cost management theoretical framework, so this paper mainly through the analysis of the manufacturing cost management theoretical framework construction objectives, Characteristics, principles and contents to study the modern manufacturing cost management methods.
