基于典當(dāng)目的的珠寶首飾評估研究

【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的轉(zhuǎn)軌變型，，中國資產(chǎn)評估行業(yè)萌芽于二十世紀(jì)八十年代末九十年代初。珠寶首飾評估與房地產(chǎn)評估、機(jī)器設(shè)備評估、企業(yè)價值評估、動產(chǎn)評估和無形資產(chǎn)評估并列為國際資產(chǎn)評估六大系列行業(yè)之一。然而，中國的珠寶首飾評估正處于起步階段。雖然經(jīng)過十多年的發(fā)展我國珠寶評估行業(yè)取得了顯著成果，但從發(fā)展的眼光分析其依然存在一些問題。典當(dāng)行業(yè)中珠寶首飾評估很大程度上影響著消費(fèi)者對珠寶首飾價值的認(rèn)識，是影響我國珠寶業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素之一，應(yīng)引起業(yè)內(nèi)重視。典當(dāng)業(yè)是我國剛剛恢復(fù)發(fā)展的一個行業(yè)，典當(dāng)中珠寶首飾評估問題有許多方面仍需探討。 本文對典當(dāng)行業(yè)中珠寶首飾評估過程出現(xiàn)的問題通過理論與實(shí)踐案例相結(jié)合進(jìn)行分析并提出建議。 本文的主要成果： （1）對珠寶首飾評估進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)闡述。 （2）對典當(dāng)行業(yè)的珠寶首飾評估規(guī)范提出建設(shè)性意見。 基于典當(dāng)目的的珠寶首飾評估研究，本文提出以下建議： （1）積極培養(yǎng)珠寶首飾評估師來彌補(bǔ)典當(dāng)行業(yè)中珠寶首飾評估師的不足，進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)典當(dāng)行中珠寶首飾評估的專業(yè)化。典當(dāng)師在處理珠寶首飾典當(dāng)業(yè)務(wù)時，要對每一件物品負(fù)責(zé)，對珠寶首飾進(jìn)行完整全面的鑒定，這樣可以避免典當(dāng)行不必要的損失。 （2）依據(jù)規(guī)范的評估程序，將珠寶首飾清算價值的評估過程明細(xì)條理化，能夠清晰表達(dá)出所運(yùn)用的方法或者能夠提供一份簡明的清算評估報告。將當(dāng)品的具體特征按照實(shí)際情況描述清楚，這樣不僅使消費(fèi)者對珠寶首飾有更清楚得了解，同時也讓消費(fèi)者更信賴典當(dāng)行。 （3）以典當(dāng)為目的的珠寶首飾評估領(lǐng)域，典當(dāng)師要不斷地加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)珠寶鑒定知識技能，不斷地熟悉珠寶首飾市場，不斷地獲取市場或行業(yè)信息，這樣才能用專業(yè)知識和經(jīng)驗(yàn)撐起典當(dāng)行業(yè)。同時，對于一些珠寶首飾的評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或體系的完善也能貢獻(xiàn)出一份力量，更好地推動珠寶首飾評估業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of China's economic operation mechanism, China's asset appraisal industry sprouted in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Jewelry appraisal and real estate appraisal, machine equipment evaluation, enterprise value evaluation, movable property evaluation and intangible assets evaluation are one of the six major industries of international asset evaluation. However, China's jewelry evaluation is in its infancy. Although China's jewelry evaluation industry has achieved remarkable results after more than ten years' development, there are still some problems in the analysis from the point of view of development. The evaluation of jewelry in pawn industry, to a large extent, affects consumers' understanding of the value of jewelry, and is one of the important factors affecting the development of jewelry industry in China, which should be paid attention to by the industry. Pawnbroker is a newly developed industry in China. There are many aspects to be discussed in the evaluation of jewelry in pawn. This paper analyzes the problems in the process of jewelry evaluation in pawn industry by combining theoretical and practical cases and puts forward some suggestions. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) the evaluation of jewelry is described systematically. (2) to put forward constructive suggestions to the jewelry evaluation standard of pawn industry. Based on the research of jewelry evaluation for pawn purposes, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: (1) to actively train jewelry appraisers to make up for the shortage of jewelry appraisers in pawn industry, And then realize the specialization of jewelry evaluation in pawnshop. The pawnbroker should be responsible for every item when dealing with the business of pawnshop of jewelry, so as to avoid unnecessary loss of the pawnshop. (2) according to the standard evaluation procedure, the evaluation process of jewelry liquidation value can be clearly expressed or a concise liquidation evaluation report can be provided. Describe the specific characteristics of the product according to the actual situation, so that consumers not only have a clearer understanding of jewelry, but also make consumers more trust in pawnshops. (3) in the field of jewelry evaluation for the purpose of pawnbroking, pawnbrokers should constantly strengthen their knowledge and skills in jewelry identification, become familiar with the jewelry market and continuously obtain market or trade information. Only in this way can we support the pawnbroker industry with professional knowledge and experience. At the same time, the improvement of the evaluation standard or system of some jewelry can also contribute to the development of jewelry evaluation industry.
