【摘要】：正北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)委員會(huì)、河北省遷安市人民政府、京津冀鋼鐵行業(yè)節(jié)能減排產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟日前簽訂戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議.協(xié)議簽訂后,北京市科委、鋼鐵聯(lián)盟將發(fā)揮科技資源優(yōu)勢(shì),通過(guò)節(jié)能減排與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)專項(xiàng)診斷、先進(jìn)適用成熟技術(shù)成果優(yōu)先示范、組織聯(lián)盟企業(yè)在遷安建立研發(fā)中心和制造基地等方式,與遷安市政府共同實(shí)施遷安鋼鐵行業(yè)
[Abstract]:The Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the people's Government of Qianan City, Hebei Province, and the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Iron and Steel Industry Energy Saving and Emission reduction Industry technological Innovation Alliance signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement a few days ago. After the signing of the agreement, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Iron and Steel Union will give full play to the advantages of scientific and technological resources and give priority to demonstration of advanced and mature technological achievements through the special diagnosis of energy saving and emission reduction and industrial transformation and upgrading.
