【摘要】:企業(yè)文化是企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念、價(jià)值體系、歷史傳統(tǒng)和工作作風(fēng)的集合,,它表現(xiàn)為企業(yè)成員的整體精神、共同的價(jià)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、符合時(shí)代的道德規(guī)范和最求發(fā)展的文化素質(zhì)。優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)發(fā)展提供生生不息的發(fā)展動(dòng)力,也是企業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新的必然要求和外在體現(xiàn)。良好的企業(yè)文化能夠產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的內(nèi)在激勵(lì),崇高的企業(yè)信念和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,使員工產(chǎn)生的歸屬感、向心力和榮譽(yù)感,能夠滿足員工內(nèi)心成長(zhǎng)的需求。 普迅公司是國(guó)網(wǎng)電力科學(xué)研究院的全資公司,是一家以高新技術(shù)與軟件開(kāi)發(fā)為專(zhuān)長(zhǎng)的企業(yè),它目前已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)電力行業(yè)信息化解決方案的行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍,一直從事于智慧化管理,并能夠?yàn)楦黝?lèi)型組織成就信息化建設(shè)提供全力幫助,普迅公司的社會(huì)使命決定了其企業(yè)的文化建設(shè)尤為重要。 本文以普迅公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀著手,分別從思想觀念層面、公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境影響、文化建設(shè)實(shí)施這三個(gè)方面分析其存在的問(wèn)題。從總體思路、原則、定位、目標(biāo)、指導(dǎo)思想等方面對(duì)普迅公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的總體方案進(jìn)行剖析,并結(jié)合自己的觀點(diǎn)對(duì)普迅公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提出對(duì)策和建議。最后對(duì)普迅公司文化建設(shè)的實(shí)施保障加以提點(diǎn),總結(jié)出企業(yè)文化建設(shè)實(shí)踐研究中的一般注意事項(xiàng)與要點(diǎn),并對(duì)普迅公司文化建設(shè)的未來(lái)作出展望。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture is a collection of enterprise management idea, value system, historical tradition and work style. It shows the whole spirit of enterprise members, common value standard, accord with the moral standard of the times and the most seeking for the development of the cultural quality. Excellent corporate culture can provide continuous development power for enterprise development, and it is also the inevitable requirement and external embodiment of enterprise management innovation. Good corporate culture can produce strong internal motivation, lofty enterprise beliefs and long-term strategic planning, so that employees have a sense of belonging, centripetal force and sense of honor, can meet the needs of the staff's inner growth. Puxun Company is a wholly owned company of the National Power Research Institute of China Power Network. It is an enterprise specializing in high and new technology and software development. It has now become the industry leader in information technology solutions for the power industry in our country. It has always been engaged in intelligent management, and can provide full help for the various types of organizations to achieve information construction. The social mission of Puxun Company determines the cultural construction of its enterprises is particularly important. Based on the present situation of enterprise culture construction of Puxun Company, this paper analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of ideology, influence of internal and external environment, and implementation of culture construction. This paper analyzes the overall plan of enterprise culture construction of Puxun Company from the aspects of general thought, principle, orientation, goal and guiding ideology, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of enterprise culture of Puxun Company from its own point of view. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of Puxun's cultural construction, summarizes the general points for attention and key points in the practical study of corporate cultural construction, and looks forward to the future of Puxun's cultural construction.
