In order to develop the independent brand, to improve the industrial concentration and the international competitiveness, the auto industry of our country has gradually started to carry out the restructuring activity since 2000, and the government department has also continuously introduced the relevant policies since 2009 to encourage the automobile enterprises to carry out the merger and reorganization activity.
