A汽車公司售后配件倉儲(chǔ)管理優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the quantity of automobile in our country has been increasing, with the increase of the number of cars, the demand of automobile will be slowed down, so the competition among automobile enterprises will become more and more intense. And the focus of competition has been shifted: from product and quality competition to after-sale service competition. The most important after-sales service is the supply and management of accessories. So how to do a good job in after-sales service accessories supply and management? How to optimize the aftermarket spare parts storage management in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises? According to the theory of warehouse management and spare parts management, this paper answers the above questions with a practical case. Based on the actual after-sales service work of company A, with the aim of reducing the storage cost and improving the efficiency of storage operation, this paper makes a thorough investigation and analysis of all aspects of the work flow of after-sale spare parts storage management in Company A, including the order processing. Spare parts purchasing, warehousing operation, warehouse management, outbound operation, shipping management, reverse logistics management, etc. By finding out the key factors that affect the efficiency of after-sale spare parts storage management, we optimize these factors and improve the level of storage management to improve the efficiency of storage operation and reduce the cost of storage operation. Firstly, based on the theory of SLP layout design and the requirement of warehouse layout, the warehouse of company A is divided into nine functional areas. Considering the logistics and non-logistics relations, the warehouse function area is rearranged and compared with the current layout scheme. The improvement has achieved remarkable results. Secondly, the storage area of the warehouse is adjusted according to the liquidity and weight information of the parts. The principle of the adjustment is that the closer to the entrance and exit, the bigger the sales volume of the lower storeys, the smaller the weight of the parts, the farther away from the entrance and exit. The higher the level of storage, the smaller the sales volume, the greater the weight of the accessories; According to the size requirements of the storage goods, the existing shelf height is changed, the small pieces are stored centrally, the slow flow parts are stored centrally, and the corresponding shelves are set up to improve the packing materials and accessories stored in the stacks. Then, on the basis of process analysis, according to the requirements of packaging operations, packaging function area layout design; packaging process action analysis to achieve pipeline division of work, improve the efficiency of the operation. Finally, the feasibility analysis is carried out from two aspects of order frequency and order type, and the conclusion is that it is feasible to carry out calendar management of accessories order. The implementation of calendar order management not only realizes the balance of order quantity, but also reduces the cost of logistics company, at the same time reduces the delivery time and improves the service efficiency.
