【摘要】：正近年來,我國工業(yè)面臨較大的下行壓力,出現(xiàn)了持續(xù)減速跡象。工業(yè)的持續(xù)減速,意味著我國工業(yè)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)了趨勢性變化,正步入中高速增長的新常態(tài)。當(dāng)前,要立足于中央關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的戰(zhàn)略判斷,加快轉(zhuǎn)變工業(yè)增長方式,著力重塑工業(yè)增長動(dòng)力,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)向中高端邁進(jìn)。一、我國已進(jìn)入工業(yè)化后期的新階段從"十二五"開始,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入了中高速增長的新階段,與此相關(guān)的工業(yè)化從投資驅(qū)動(dòng)向效率驅(qū)動(dòng)穩(wěn)步轉(zhuǎn)變。我們的有關(guān)研究表明,到2010年"十一五"結(jié)束,中國開始步入工業(yè)化
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's industry is facing greater downward pressure, showing signs of sustained deceleration. The sustained deceleration of industry means that China's industrial development has a trend change and is entering the new normal of medium and high speed growth. At present, we should base on the strategic judgment of the central government on the new normal of economic development, speed up the transformation of industrial growth mode, focus on reshaping the motive force of industrial growth, and push the industry to the middle and high end. First, China has entered a new stage in the late stage of industrialization, beginning with the 12th Five-Year Plan, and the economy of our country has entered a new stage of medium and high speed growth, and the industrialization related to it has changed steadily from investment-driven to efficiency-driven. Our research shows that by the end of the 11th Five-Year Plan in 2010, China will begin to industrialize.
