【摘要】：競爭情報系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)的"中央情報局",在企業(yè)中擔負著預警、決策支持的重要角色,能夠幫助企業(yè)獲得可持續(xù)性的競爭發(fā)展優(yōu)勢。當前,中國經(jīng)濟和中國鋼鐵工業(yè)進入中低速發(fā)展的新常態(tài),鋼鐵行業(yè)的同質(zhì)化競爭日益加劇。為應對生存發(fā)展的挑戰(zhàn),越來越多的鋼鐵企業(yè)開始構(gòu)建自己的競爭情報系統(tǒng)。隨著大數(shù)據(jù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動終端等新的網(wǎng)絡信息技術(shù)平臺的發(fā)展,企業(yè)競爭情報活動逐步走向深入。因此,運用新思維、新技術(shù)對原有競爭情報系統(tǒng)進行改進具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文對QG公司競爭情報系統(tǒng)改進的方案和實施措施進行了研究,主要完成以下幾方面的研究工作:(1)分析了 QG公司競爭情報系統(tǒng)運行現(xiàn)狀。首先從公司概況、主要業(yè)務、市場環(huán)境及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等方面介紹了 QG公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并分析了 QG公司競爭情報系統(tǒng)的建設與運行背景;然后基于對QG公司競爭情報系統(tǒng)主要功能及開發(fā)、應用現(xiàn)狀分析,指出當前競爭情報系統(tǒng)存在的主要問題,為后續(xù)系統(tǒng)改進方案的設計提供了依據(jù)。(2)提出了 QG公司競爭情報系統(tǒng)改進方案。在明確QG公司競爭情報系統(tǒng)改進的總體目標與基本原則基礎(chǔ)上,提出了 QG公司競爭情報系統(tǒng)改進的總體框架與新增功能;然后基于改進后的競爭情報系統(tǒng)功能的實現(xiàn)需求,給出了系統(tǒng)改進涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并具體分析了知識集成、大數(shù)據(jù)檢索、文本挖掘等三項關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其應用。(3)給出了競爭情報系統(tǒng)改進的實施措施。在明確"人員組織精干、分工協(xié)同高效"的實施方針前提下,給出了系統(tǒng)改進的組織架構(gòu)、人員配備、進度計劃、資金保障、外包方式選擇及績效評估等實施措施,以確保系統(tǒng)改進的順利實施。在論文最后,總結(jié)了本文的主要研究結(jié)論、研究的局限以及研究工作展望。
[Abstract]:Competitive intelligence system is the "Central Intelligence Agency" of enterprises, which plays an important role in early warning and decision support in enterprises, and can help enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive development advantage. At present, China's economy and China's iron and steel industry have entered the new normal of medium and low speed development, and the homogeneous competition in the steel industry is becoming more and more serious. In order to meet the challenge of survival and development, more and more steel enterprises begin to build their own competitive intelligence system. With the development of big data, Internet of things, mobile terminal and other new network information technology platforms, the competitive intelligence activities of enterprises are gradually deepening. Therefore, using new thinking and new technology to improve the original competitive intelligence system has a very important practical significance. In this paper, the improvement scheme and implementation measures of QG's competitive intelligence system are studied. The main work is as follows: (1) the current situation of QG's competitive intelligence system is analyzed. Firstly, this paper introduces the development status of QG Company from the aspects of company profile, main business, market environment and development strategy, and analyzes the background of the construction and operation of QG competitive Intelligence system. Then, based on the analysis of the main function and development of QG competitive intelligence system and its application, the paper points out the main problems existing in the current competitive intelligence system. It provides the basis for the design of the following system improvement scheme. (2) A competitive intelligence system improvement scheme for QG Company is proposed. On the basis of clarifying the general goal and basic principle of the improvement of QG's competitive intelligence system, this paper puts forward the overall framework and new functions of the improvement of QG's competitive intelligence system, and then based on the requirements of the improved competitive intelligence system's function, The key technologies involved in the system improvement are given, and three key technologies, including knowledge integration, big data retrieval, text mining, and their applications are analyzed in detail. (3) the implementation measures for the improvement of competitive intelligence system are given. On the premise of making clear the implementation policy of "personnel organization is lean, division of labor is synergistic and efficient", the implementation measures of system improvement, such as organizational structure, staffing, progress plan, fund guarantee, outsourcing mode selection and performance evaluation, are given. To ensure the smooth implementation of system improvements. At the end of the paper, the main research conclusions, limitations and research prospects are summarized.
