【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的對(duì)外聯(lián)系越來(lái)越緊密,中國(guó)企業(yè)逐步建立起現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度,在技術(shù)、人才、資金、國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面都有了充分的積累,具備了參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的能力,開(kāi)始實(shí)施國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略,參與到全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化中以獲取更多的資源和利潤(rùn)。然而中國(guó)企業(yè)的國(guó)際化還處在初級(jí)階段,探討采取何種戰(zhàn)略方式進(jìn)行國(guó)際化,對(duì)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展有著重要的實(shí)踐意義。 本論文通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)行的國(guó)際化理論進(jìn)行研究,并以伊戈?duì)栯姎夤咀鳛榈湫桶咐?利用PEST分析法與行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的五力模型法,深入分析伊戈?duì)栯姎鈬?guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的宏觀環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,市場(chǎng)定位和產(chǎn)品定位,根據(jù)伊戈?duì)栯姎夤镜腟WOT狀況,確定伊戈?duì)柌捎弥苯映隹�、�?zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,設(shè)立海外分公司和海外上市相結(jié)合的國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略方式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文確定了伊戈?duì)柟緦?shí)施國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的保障措施,包括根據(jù)企業(yè)國(guó)際化程度的不同階段及時(shí)地調(diào)整和選擇制定合適的組織架構(gòu)、倡導(dǎo)以核心價(jià)值觀為根本的多元的企業(yè)文化、通過(guò)完善具有戰(zhàn)略引導(dǎo)性的人才激勵(lì)機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global economy, China's economic ties with the outside world have become more and more close. Chinese enterprises have gradually established a modern enterprise system and have fully accumulated technology, talent, capital, and international experience. With the ability to participate in international competition, we began to implement international strategy and participate in global economic integration in order to obtain more resources and profits. However, the internationalization of Chinese enterprises is still in the primary stage. It is of great practical significance to explore what kind of strategic way to carry out internationalization for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper studies the current internationalization theory, takes Igor Electric Company as a typical case, uses PEST analysis method to compete with the five-force model method of industry competition. Deeply analyzing the macro environment and competition environment, market positioning and product positioning of Igor Electric's internationalization strategy. According to the SWOT status of Igor Electric Company, it is determined that Igor adopts direct export and strategic alliance, Set up overseas branch and overseas listing to combine the internationalization strategy way. On this basis, the paper determines the safeguard measures for Igor to implement internationalization strategy, including timely adjustment and selection of appropriate organizational structure according to different stages of enterprise internationalization. We advocate a pluralistic corporate culture based on core values and achieve the international strategic goal by perfecting the talent incentive mechanism with strategic guidance.
