我國鋼鐵企業(yè)環(huán)境競爭力研究

【摘要】:鋼鐵工業(yè)是資源消耗和污染排放的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。2012年工業(yè)領(lǐng)域能源消耗占全社會(huì)的70%以上,我國的鋼鐵工業(yè)目前仍屬于高消耗、高排放、綜合利用低的粗放型發(fā)展模式。1996年我國粗鋼產(chǎn)量超過1億噸,位居世界鋼產(chǎn)量第一。2012年,全球粗鋼產(chǎn)量15.48億噸,我國粗鋼產(chǎn)量達(dá)到了7.1654億噸,占全球總產(chǎn)量的47%。據(jù)世界鋼鐵動(dòng)態(tài)公司(WSD)2013年7月5日公布的最新“世界級(jí)鋼鐵企業(yè)競爭力”排序,我國共有5家鋼鐵企業(yè)入榜,中國五大鋼鐵企業(yè)寶鋼排名第11位,沙鋼排名第22位,鞍鋼排名第28位,武鋼排名第30位,,馬鋼排名第33位。充分說明我國鋼鐵企業(yè)在國際市場競爭中還是具有極大的競爭潛力的。 環(huán)境競爭力是最近幾年來國際上的一個(gè)新概念,是企業(yè)走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路的必要選擇。在大興實(shí)施可持續(xù)發(fā)展的今天,環(huán)境競爭力早已成為了企業(yè)競爭力不可非議的重要組成之一。故提高企業(yè)環(huán)境競爭力對(duì)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和提高企業(yè)綜合競爭力有重要意義。 提升我國鋼鐵企業(yè)的環(huán)境競爭力有助于我國鋼鐵企業(yè)在極為激烈的國際市場競爭中獲勝。本文闡述了企業(yè)環(huán)境競爭力含義及提升我國鋼鐵企業(yè)環(huán)境競爭力的必要性,文章收集了鋼鐵工業(yè)歷史數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)鋼鐵行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)指出提升鋼鐵企業(yè)環(huán)境競爭力極大程度上有助于鋼鐵企業(yè)提升自身綜合競爭力。本文以寶鋼作為實(shí)證研究對(duì)象,建立鋼鐵企業(yè)環(huán)境競爭力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用層次分析法和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度的評(píng)價(jià)方法,從4個(gè)維度,21個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)對(duì)鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行環(huán)境競爭力的評(píng)價(jià)。為今后有針對(duì)性地提升我國鋼鐵企業(yè)環(huán)境競爭力提出建議和理論依據(jù),也為其他高污染行業(yè)提升競爭力作參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry is the key area of resource consumption and pollution emission. In 2012, energy consumption in industry accounted for more than 70% of the whole society. China's iron and steel industry is still high consumption and high emissions. In 1996, China's crude steel output exceeded 100 million tons, ranking first in the world. In 2012, the global crude steel production reached 1.548 billion tons, and China's crude steel output reached 716.54 million tons, accounting for 47% of the world's total output. According to the ranking of World Steel dynamic Company (WSD) published on July 5, 2013, "the Competitiveness of World Steel Enterprises", there are five steel enterprises in China, Baosteel ranked 11th and Shagang 22nd. Angang ranked 28 th, WISCO 30 th, Ma Gang 33 th. It fully shows that Chinese iron and steel enterprises still have great competitive potential in the international market competition. Environmental competitiveness is a new international concept in recent years and a necessary choice for enterprises to take the road of sustainable development. In Daxing implementation of sustainable development today, environmental competitiveness has become one of the important components of enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, improving the environmental competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance to the sustainable development of enterprises and to the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. Improving the environmental competitiveness of Chinese iron and steel enterprises will help them win in the fierce international market competition. This paper expounds the meaning of environmental competitiveness of enterprises and the necessity of improving the environmental competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises in China. The paper collects the historical data of iron and steel industry, and analyzes the present situation of iron and steel industry. At the same time, it is pointed out that improving the environmental competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises will greatly help iron and steel enterprises to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness. In this paper, Baosteel is taken as the empirical research object, the evaluation index system of environmental competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises is established, and the evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation degree is used. The environmental competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises was evaluated from 4 dimensions and 21 secondary indexes. Suggestions and theoretical basis for improving environmental competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises in China are put forward in the future, as well as reference basis for other high pollution industries.
