【摘要】：中厚鋼板是“機(jī)械,造船,容器,鍋爐,軍工”等部門的重要材料,在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用。工業(yè)用材、建筑用材與中厚鋼板是韶鋼的三大產(chǎn)品系列,其中中厚鋼板是主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品與支柱產(chǎn)品,對韶鋼將來的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。因此,無論是現(xiàn)在還是將來,韶鋼都需要有一套合適的營銷策略來指導(dǎo)市場的開拓。本文通過分析韶鋼的基本情況,了解韶鋼現(xiàn)有的問題。經(jīng)過分析韶鋼所處的外部市場環(huán)境、市場特征等幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容,并對韶鋼中厚鋼板進(jìn)行SWOT分析,了解了韶鋼的競爭能力,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上對韶鋼中厚鋼板產(chǎn)品的市場營銷策略進(jìn)行了研究,并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況和相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了產(chǎn)品、價(jià)格、渠道及促銷策略。韶鋼必須突破傳統(tǒng)觀念的束縛,在發(fā)展中不斷地認(rèn)識自我與強(qiáng)化自我且完善自我,在競爭中才能不斷提高企業(yè)的綜合競爭實(shí)力和自我發(fā)展能力。
[Abstract]:Medium and thick steel plate is an important material in machinery, shipbuilding, container, boiler, military industry and so on. It plays a very important role in the economic construction of our country. Industrial material, construction material and medium thick steel plate are three series of products of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co., in which thick steel plate is the leading product and pillar product, which is very important to the future development of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co. Therefore, both now and in the future, Shaoguan needs a set of appropriate marketing strategies to guide the development of the market. This paper analyzes the basic situation of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. After analyzing the external market environment, market characteristics and other aspects of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and SWOT analysis of medium and thick steel plate of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the competitive ability of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co. Then, the marketing strategy of medium and thick steel plate of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd is studied, and the product, price, channel and sales promotion strategy are put forward according to the actual situation and relevant experience. Shaoguan Iron and Steel must break through the shackles of traditional concepts, constantly understand and strengthen themselves and perfect themselves in the development process, in order to continuously improve the comprehensive competitive strength and self-development ability of enterprises in the competition.
