基于PDCA循環(huán)的CFD公司QHSE管理體系研究
[Abstract]:The project quality, safety, health and environmental problems of construction enterprises are directly related to the safety of human life, property safety, economic construction and social stability. It is a systematic project that requires comprehensive consideration of the quality and safety of multiple disciplines. Health and environmental issues and risks Taking Tangshan Caofeidian 22 Metallurgical Engineering and Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as CFD Company) as an example, the QHSE management system is established to provide satisfied products for customers, to prevent pollution, and to pay attention to the occupational health and safety of employees. PDCA cycle process management is used to improve the QHSE management process. This paper designs a set of 20 items of QHSE management flow, standardizes the management procedure of the enterprise, improves the whole management level of the company, sets up a good enterprise image, and effectively promotes the safe, stable and efficient operation of the enterprise engineering project. First of all, it clarifies the important role of QHSE management system, analyzes its operation mode and characteristics, explains the relevant laws to be followed, and discusses the research theories and methods, including PDCA cycle process management, enterprise process design, Flow chart drawing and QC team Total quality Management Theory. Secondly, it analyzes the operation and management of CFD Company, explains the corporate governance structure and organization of the company, clarifies the strategic positioning, the general strategy of development, the strategic objective, the performance goal, the process objective, and so on. This paper puts forward the policies, objectives, standards and functions of the QHSE management system of the company. It also provides support for the QHSE management system by combining the customer and market management and the resource management mode of the company. Then, the company's QHSE management system is improved by using PDCA cyclic process management. Combined with the effect of PDCA cycle on the improvement of quality, environment, occupational health and safety in the process of company management, this paper analyzes the process of product realization, process management support, monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement of CFD Company. Due to the full support of PDCA cyclic process management, the QHSE management system of CFD is more perfect. Finally, the QHSE management system of CFD Company has carried on a set of 20 items of flow design. The flow chart of quality management, safety management, environment and occupational health management is designed. Through the process design, some management models are clarified and revised, which provide the guarantee for the optimal operation of QHSE management system, make CFD company meet the quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system certification requirements, and establish an integrated management system. Strengthen the basic work of management and system construction, improve the overall management level of the company.
