【摘要】：正隨著各行業(yè)對(duì)注塑制品性能要求的不斷提高,以及全球節(jié)能減排的迫切需求和國(guó)家"科學(xué)發(fā)展觀"的號(hào)召,傳統(tǒng)主流的三板肘桿式注塑機(jī)在成型精度、節(jié)能降耗等方面的技術(shù)局限性凸顯。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的注塑機(jī)90%以上都屬于三板曲肘液壓式,特別對(duì)于大型注塑機(jī),鋼材的消耗量十分驚人。一種"節(jié)能、精密、高效"的注射成型設(shè)備的出現(xiàn)已成為市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的迫切需求。以國(guó)內(nèi)著名注塑機(jī)專家王興天教授的兩項(xiàng)專利(專利號(hào):ZL 00238617.8,ZL 200520145200.2)為核心,北京化
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the performance requirements of injection molding products in various industries, the urgent demand for global energy conservation and emission reduction and the call of the national "scientific development concept", the traditional mainstream three-elbow injection molding machine is in the molding accuracy. The technical limitation of saving energy and reducing consumption is obvious. At present, more than 90% of the injection molding machines produced in China belong to the hydraulic type of three-plate bending elbow, especially for large injection molding machines, the consumption of steel is very amazing. The emergence of an "energy-saving, precision, high-efficiency" injection molding equipment has become an urgent need of market development. Taking two patents (patent no.: ZL00238617.8ZL 200520145200.2) of Professor Wang Xingtian, a famous domestic injection molding machine expert, as the core, Beijingization is taken as the core.
