【摘要】：稀土企業(yè)整合過程是多方利益主體之間的演化博弈過程,這種演化博弈具有一定的動態(tài)性。以北方稀土集團為例對北方的稀土企業(yè)整合重組中利益博弈進行研究,建立骨干企業(yè)和小企業(yè)的合作策略演化博弈模型,運用matlab軟件對研究結(jié)果進行仿真分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),提高稀土企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本和單一方不合作的懲罰費用,以政府的財政補貼和政策支持為手段鼓勵骨干企業(yè)向小企業(yè)進行人才、技術(shù)、科研等支持,有助于稀土企業(yè)的整合與升級。
[Abstract]:The integration process of rare earth enterprises is an evolutionary game process between various stakeholders, and this evolutionary game is dynamic to a certain extent. Taking the North rare Earth Group as an example, this paper studies the interest game in the integration and reorganization of the rare earth enterprises in the north, establishes the evolutionary game model of the cooperation strategy between the backbone enterprises and the small enterprises, and uses matlab software to simulate and analyze the results of the research. The study found that by increasing the production costs of rare earth enterprises and punishing costs of non-cooperation by one party, the government's financial subsidies and policy support should be used as a means to encourage backbone enterprises to provide support to small enterprises in terms of personnel, technology, scientific research, and so on. It is helpful for the integration and upgrading of rare earth enterprises.
