【摘要】：企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的問題,是我國的新型企業(yè)在全球經濟化、科學技術的日新月異背景下,必須要重點考慮和急需解決的問題,也是關系到每個企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性選擇問題。當前,世界經濟重心向我國逐步轉移,我國堅持走新型工業(yè)化的道路,這些因素有利于大型企業(yè)加速培育和發(fā)展核心競爭力。但由于經營環(huán)境變化較快,企業(yè)無法制定細致確定的戰(zhàn)略計劃參與競爭,因此,在高度不確定的條件下,企業(yè)為了快速適應環(huán)境變化,保持戰(zhàn)略方案的充分彈性顯得尤為重要。作為一家上市企業(yè),F特鋼科技股份有限公司如何發(fā)揮企業(yè)的自身優(yōu)勢,制定并有效實施符合當前嚴峻形勢的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,來適應目前競爭激烈的國內鋼鐵市場,從而實現企業(yè)持續(xù)快速健康發(fā)展是本文主要研究和探討的問題。本文主要以F特鋼科技股份有限公司作為研究對象,通過對F特鋼科技股份有限公司目前所處的外部環(huán)境、內部環(huán)境、公司的機會和威脅、優(yōu)勢和劣勢等方面都進行了相應的研究和分析,分析了 F特鋼科技股份有限公司的發(fā)展現狀及資源要素,以及制約該企業(yè)發(fā)展的問題所在,找到了該公司目前所存在的問題,在對F特鋼科技股份有限公司SWOT分析的基礎上,對F特鋼科技股份有限公司的發(fā)展進行戰(zhàn)略選擇,繼而進行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定,為F特鋼科技股份有限公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施與控制提供對策參考和解決思路,同時也為同行業(yè)的其他企業(yè)提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the global economy and the rapid development of science and technology, the problem of enterprise development strategy must be considered and solved urgently, and it is also a strategic choice problem related to the survival and development of each enterprise. At present, the center of gravity of the world economy is gradually shifting to our country, and our country insists on the road of new-type industrialization. These factors are conducive to speeding up the cultivation and development of the core competitiveness of large enterprises. However, due to the rapid changes in the business environment, the enterprise can not make a carefully determined strategic plan to participate in the competition. Therefore, under highly uncertain conditions, in order to quickly adapt to the environmental changes, it is particularly important to maintain the sufficient flexibility of the strategic plan. As a listed enterprise, how to give full play to the advantages of the enterprise, formulate and effectively implement the enterprise development strategy in line with the severe situation at present, in order to adapt to the fierce competition in the domestic steel market at present. In order to achieve sustained, rapid and healthy development of enterprises is the main research and discussion in this paper. This paper mainly takes F Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, through the outside environment, the internal environment, the opportunity and the threat of the company, the outside environment, the internal environment, the opportunity and the threat of the company. The advantages and disadvantages have been studied and analyzed, and the development status and resource elements of F Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd., as well as the problems restricting the development of the company, have been analyzed, and the problems existing in the company have been found. On the basis of SWOT analysis of F Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd., the development strategy of F Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd is selected, and then the development strategy is formulated. It provides the countermeasures and solutions for the implementation and control of the development strategy of F Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd., and also provides some references for other enterprises in the same industry.
