精益建造工作流可靠性研究

【摘要】:本文目的是研究精益建造中的工作流可靠性,識(shí)別出影響工作流可靠性的關(guān)鍵因素并探究這些關(guān)鍵因素的作用機(jī)制,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出工作流可靠性的評(píng)價(jià)模型,為實(shí)際建筑項(xiàng)目中管理好工作流,提高工作流可靠性進(jìn)而降低成本,提高質(zhì)量提供一定的參考和借鑒。本文首先通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)閱讀整理出影響精益建造工作流可靠性的因素,以此為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)并發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷收集數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析的方法識(shí)別出影響工作流可靠性的關(guān)鍵因素,然后提出假設(shè),運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型研究關(guān)鍵因素的相互作用機(jī)制,并得到最終的關(guān)系模型,最后本文提出工作流可靠性評(píng)價(jià)模型。經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,本文識(shí)別出5個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素,分別是勞動(dòng)資源、管理水平、項(xiàng)目各方支持程度、工作流可視化、返工和天氣。構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型時(shí),本文提出12個(gè)假設(shè),最終拒絕了3個(gè)假設(shè)。根據(jù)最終的模型發(fā)現(xiàn),勞動(dòng)者忠誠(chéng)度對(duì)勞動(dòng)資源的影響程度最強(qiáng),充分的前期準(zhǔn)備工作對(duì)管理水平的影響程度最強(qiáng),業(yè)主的干預(yù)對(duì)項(xiàng)目各方支持程度的影響最強(qiáng),信息透明和快速傳遞對(duì)可視化影響程度最強(qiáng)。同時(shí)本文也發(fā)現(xiàn)了這些影響工作流可靠性關(guān)鍵因素之間的其他相互關(guān)系,即管理水平和項(xiàng)目各方支持程度有正相關(guān)關(guān)系。在識(shí)別出工作流可靠性關(guān)鍵因素和研究關(guān)鍵因素作用機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出工作流可靠性的評(píng)價(jià)模型,從量化的層面來(lái)對(duì)工作流可靠性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),從而可以有針對(duì)性的采取相應(yīng)的措施來(lái)提高工作流的可靠性。本文的研究成果對(duì)于項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理理解工作流可靠性并采取有效措施提高工作流可靠性有一定的參考和幫助。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the reliability of workflow in lean construction, identify the key factors that affect the reliability of workflow, and explore the mechanism of these key factors. On the basis of this, the evaluation model of workflow reliability is put forward. It can provide some reference for managing workflow, improving workflow reliability, reducing cost and improving quality in actual construction project. In this paper, the factors that affect the reliability of lean construction workflow are sorted out by reading the literature. Based on this, the questionnaire is designed and distributed to collect data, and the key factors that affect the reliability of workflow are identified by factor analysis. Then the hypothesis is put forward, and the interaction mechanism of key factors is studied by using structural equation model, and the final relational model is obtained. Finally, a workflow reliability evaluation model is proposed in this paper. Through the analysis of the data, the paper identifies five key factors, which are labor resources, management level, project support level, workflow visualization, rework and weather. In constructing the structural equation model, 12 hypotheses were proposed, and 3 hypotheses were rejected. According to the final model, the labor loyalty has the strongest influence on the labor resources, the sufficient preparatory work has the strongest influence on the management level, and the owner's intervention has the strongest influence on the support degree of the project parties. Transparency and fast transmission of information have the strongest influence on visualization. At the same time, we also find that there are other relationships between the key factors that affect workflow reliability, that is, there is a positive correlation between the level of management and the degree of support of the project parties. On the basis of identifying the key factors of workflow reliability and studying the mechanism of the key factors, this paper presents a workflow reliability evaluation model, which evaluates workflow reliability from a quantitative level. So we can take corresponding measures to improve the reliability of workflow. The research results of this paper have some reference and help for project manager to understand workflow reliability and take effective measures to improve workflow reliability.
