【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的加快，裝備制造業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位和作用日益顯現(xiàn)。在裝備制造的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中，質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)國(guó)家、地區(qū)和企業(yè)贏得市場(chǎng)，提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有力武器。地處中部地區(qū)的江西，裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展水平不高，與先進(jìn)地區(qū)存在較大差距。質(zhì)量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng)的問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為制約江西省裝備制造業(yè)加速發(fā)展的核心問(wèn)題。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)閱讀法、社會(huì)調(diào)研法和比較研究法。應(yīng)用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論與質(zhì)量管理理論，詳細(xì)論述了質(zhì)量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論的發(fā)展過(guò)程和研究現(xiàn)狀。在對(duì)江西省裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上，，將國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局開(kāi)發(fā)的質(zhì)量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指數(shù)模型應(yīng)用于江西省裝備制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的分析，指出了目前制約江西省裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展的突出問(wèn)題，并從技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、質(zhì)量管理、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型、優(yōu)化環(huán)境等方面提出了提升江西省裝備制造業(yè)質(zhì)量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平的相應(yīng)措施。 論文研究工作密切結(jié)合江西省裝備制造業(yè)實(shí)際，研究成果對(duì)政府職能部門(mén)制定發(fā)展江西省裝備制造業(yè)相關(guān)政策具有較好的借鑒和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization in China, the status and role of equipment manufacturing industry in the development of national economy is becoming increasingly apparent. In the competition of equipment manufacturing, quality has become a powerful weapon for a country, region and enterprise to win the market and enhance the competitiveness. Jiangxi is located in the central region, the equipment manufacturing industry development level is not high, and there is a big gap with the advanced regions. The problem of weak quality competitiveness has become the core problem restricting the rapid development of Jiangxi equipment manufacturing industry. This article mainly uses the literature reading method, the social investigation method and the comparative research method. The development process and research status of quality competitiveness theory are discussed in detail by applying competitiveness theory and quality management theory. Based on the investigation and analysis of the relevant data of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Jiangxi Province, the quality competitiveness index model developed by the State Administration of quality Supervision and Supervision is applied to the analysis of the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province. This paper points out the outstanding problems that restrict the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province at present, and from the aspects of technical standards, quality management, technological innovation and structural transformation, The corresponding measures to improve the quality competitiveness of Jiangxi equipment manufacturing industry are put forward in the aspect of optimizing environment. The research work of this paper is closely combined with the actual situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province, and the research results have good reference and reference value for government functional departments to formulate relevant policies for the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province.
