【摘要】:汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的高速發(fā)展帶給汽車零配件制造商巨大的挑戰(zhàn),如何在保證質(zhì)量的同時降低成本,增加競爭力成了這些企業(yè)迫切需要考慮的問題。汽車零配件制造企業(yè)物流集運輸、倉儲、包裝、配送、產(chǎn)品流通加工、裝卸搬運及物流信息于一體,較其他行業(yè)更復雜、更具有技術(shù)性,逐漸成為企業(yè)成本控制的重點。倉儲系統(tǒng)作為企業(yè)物流設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ),是企業(yè)所有物料逗留時間最長,產(chǎn)生成本最多的地方,合理的倉庫規(guī)劃計算勢在必行。本文依托U汽車零配件企業(yè)西安廠新廠區(qū)規(guī)劃項目,在BPS實施的基礎(chǔ)上,分析原材料倉庫存儲區(qū)域功能實現(xiàn)過程,靈活運用看板計算原理,結(jié)合實際及其他廠區(qū)經(jīng)驗對新建原材料倉庫存儲面積進行詳細的計算。 論文首先介紹了相關(guān)理論,牛鞭效應(yīng)使原材料庫存居高不下,精益生產(chǎn)及BPS的完善將倉庫各部分系統(tǒng)化,供應(yīng)商策略的實施是企業(yè)持續(xù)改進的具體體現(xiàn)。在各大理論的支撐下,,結(jié)合原材料倉庫超市補貨流程,運用看板計算公式對超市計算邏輯進行了闡述,根據(jù)實際數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)計表格逐步計算并得出預測面積。另一大存儲區(qū)域高位貨架則創(chuàng)新使用RE/LO/WI/SA的概念,更新庫存天數(shù)計算方法以期達到精準計算的目標,最后將U企業(yè)實際數(shù)據(jù)代入后得出高位貨架預測面積。超市及高位貨架貨位計算為原材料倉庫規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ),精細的計算是新建倉庫規(guī)劃的重中之重。 本文對原材料倉庫存儲區(qū)域的計算研究具有一定的理論及實踐意義,為制造型企業(yè)倉庫規(guī)劃提供有價值的決策參考。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of automobile industry brings great challenges to auto parts manufacturers. How to reduce the cost while ensuring the quality and increase the competitiveness has become an urgent problem for these enterprises to consider. Automobile spare parts manufacturing enterprise logistics sets transportation, warehousing, packaging, distribution, product circulation and processing, handling and logistics information in one, more complex than other industries, more technical, gradually become the focus of enterprise cost control. As the basis of logistics design, warehousing system is the place where all materials stay for the longest time and produce the most cost, so reasonable warehouse planning and calculation is imperative. Based on the new plant planning project of Xi'an factory of U automobile spare parts enterprise, based on the implementation of BPS, this paper analyzes the process of realizing the function of storage area of raw material warehouse, and flexibly applies the principle of Kanban calculation. The storage area of the new raw material warehouse is calculated in detail according to the actual and other factory experience. Firstly, the paper introduces the related theory, the bullwhip effect causes the raw material inventory to remain high, the lean production and the improvement of BPS systematize all parts of the warehouse, and the implementation of the supplier strategy is the concrete embodiment of the continuous improvement of the enterprise. Under the support of various theories and combined with the restocking flow of the raw material warehouse supermarket, the calculation logic of the supermarket is expounded by using the Kanban calculation formula, and the predicted area is calculated step by step according to the actual data design table. Another big storage area, high shelf, innovates the concept of RER / LOR / WI / SA, and updates the method of inventory days calculation in order to achieve the goal of accurate calculation. Finally, the prediction area of high shelf is obtained by replacing the actual data of U enterprise with the forecast area of high shelf. The calculation of supermarket and high shelf space is the basis of raw material warehouse planning, and fine calculation is the most important part of new warehouse planning. This paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the study of the storage area of raw material warehouse, and provides a valuable decision reference for the warehouse planning of manufacturing enterprises.
