錦州石化煉油與化工ERP系統(tǒng)的實施與研究

【摘要】:隨著全球一體化經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,大型能源公司的快速發(fā)展面臨著新的問題和挑戰(zhàn),并對企業(yè)的信息化建設提出了更高的要求。錦州石化公司作為我國特大型煉油化工燃料型企業(yè),也面臨著同樣的問題。ERP是一個將成熟信息技術和先進管理理念相結合的信息系統(tǒng),能夠整合企業(yè)資源,共享業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù),優(yōu)化業(yè)務流程,提高生產(chǎn)運營效率,增強企業(yè)核心競爭力。企業(yè)實施ERP已經(jīng)成為一種趨勢。本文首先分析ERP系統(tǒng)的國內(nèi)外研究及應用現(xiàn)狀,詳細介紹了ERP系統(tǒng)的概念、發(fā)展過程、特點和核心價值,以及ERP相關的核心技術。對錦州石化公司概況、信息化工作現(xiàn)狀和財務管理現(xiàn)狀進行分析,說明ERP系統(tǒng)實施的重要性和必要性。然后,本文以錦州石化公司煉油與化工ERP項目的實施全過程為主線,從財務管理的角度,進行項目總體設計,規(guī)劃ERP系統(tǒng)的模塊架構;進行項目詳細設計,修改標準業(yè)務流程;闡述項目實現(xiàn)過程,包括系統(tǒng)配置、權限配置、系統(tǒng)增強和系統(tǒng)測試。最后,概括了ERP系統(tǒng)實施后給財務工作帶來的巨大變化和效益提升,分享ERP系統(tǒng)實施成功的經(jīng)驗和教訓。通過分析研究得出結論,ERP系統(tǒng)的成功實施滿足了公司生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的需要,實現(xiàn)了業(yè)務集成和數(shù)據(jù)共享,提高了協(xié)同運作能力和辦公效率。ERP系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展過程中已經(jīng)成為貫通業(yè)務,消除“信息孤島”的核心項目,是企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要組成部分。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global integration economy, the rapid development of large energy companies faces new problems and challenges, and puts forward higher requirements for the information construction of enterprises. As a large oil refining and chemical fuel enterprise in China, the Jinzhou Petrochemical Corp is also facing the same problem that.ERP is a mature information technology and advanced technology. The information system combining management concept can integrate the enterprise resources, share the business data, optimize the business process, improve the production operation efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The implementation of the ERP has become a trend. Firstly, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research and application status of the ERP system, and introduces the concept of the ERP system in detail. The process, characteristic and core value, and the core technology related to ERP, analyze the situation of Jinzhou Petrochemical Corp, the status of information work and the current situation of financial management, and explain the importance and necessity of the implementation of the ERP system. Then, this paper takes the whole process of the implementation of the Jinzhou Petrochemical Corp refining and chemical ERP project as the main line, from the perspective of financial management, Carry out the overall design of the project, plan the module architecture of the ERP system, carry out the detailed design of the project, modify the standard business process, and elaborate the project implementation process, including system configuration, authority configuration, system enhancement and system testing. Finally, it summarizes the huge changes and benefits for the financial work after the implementation of the ERP system, and shares the implementation of the ERP system. Through the analysis and study, the successful implementation of the ERP system meets the needs of the company's production and management, realizes the business integration and data sharing, and improves the cooperative operation ability and efficiency of the.ERP system in the process of enterprise information development, which has become the core of the business and eliminates the core of the "information island". The project is an important part of the core competitiveness of an enterprise.
