【摘要】：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新已成為推進(jìn)大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)在區(qū)域快速發(fā)展、提高生產(chǎn)效率、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,維持企業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵因素。了解佛山市大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平,加速提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率和創(chuàng)新能力,對(duì)佛山區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展有著重要的意義。論文根據(jù)佛山268家大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的理論,把技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)分解為技術(shù)研發(fā)階段和技術(shù)成果轉(zhuǎn)化階段,利用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法分別評(píng)價(jià)兩個(gè)階段的綜合技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率,結(jié)果表明技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率有明顯差異。以此為基礎(chǔ)分別從創(chuàng)新資源投入分配、市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和創(chuàng)新環(huán)境因素提出影響佛山市大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的八個(gè)指標(biāo)變量,并用多元線性回歸模型測(cè)度和分析影響技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的主要因素。本文研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),佛山市企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率值較高且差異較大,總體處在規(guī)模效益遞減階段。研發(fā)費(fèi)用投入、擁有研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)集中度、企業(yè)規(guī)模對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率有著顯著的影響;人力資源投入對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率推動(dòng)作用不顯著;產(chǎn)品出口對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率有消極作用;研發(fā)費(fèi)用加計(jì)扣除對(duì)企業(yè)的研發(fā)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入起正向引導(dǎo)作用;企業(yè)文化對(duì)三種效率都正相關(guān)但不顯著。同時(shí)在本文研究基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提高企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation has become the key factor to promote the rapid development of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the region, improve production efficiency, economic efficiency, maintain the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and affect economic growth. It is of great significance for the further development of Foshan regional economy to understand the level of technological innovation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Foshan and to accelerate the improvement of efficiency and ability of technological innovation. According to the research data of 268 large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Foshan, based on the theory of technology innovation system, the paper decomposes the technology innovation system into the stage of technology research and development and the stage of technology achievement transformation. The comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the two stages are evaluated by data envelopment analysis. The results show that there are obvious differences in the efficiency of technological innovation. On this basis, eight index variables affecting the efficiency of technological innovation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Foshan are put forward from the factors of investment allocation of innovation resources, market structure and innovation environment. Multiple linear regression model is used to measure and analyze the main factors that affect the efficiency of technological innovation. The results show that the efficiency of technological innovation of Foshan enterprises is high and the difference is great, and the overall efficiency of technological innovation is in the stage of decreasing scale benefit. R & D expense investment, R & D institution, market concentration, enterprise scale have significant influence on enterprise innovation efficiency, human resource investment has no significant effect on technological innovation efficiency, product export has negative effect on technological innovation efficiency. The addition and deduction of R & D costs play a positive role in guiding the R & D investment of enterprises, and corporate culture is positively related to the three kinds of efficiency, but not significant. At the same time, based on the research of this paper, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of enterprise technological innovation are put forward.
