【摘要】:A公司液壓混合動(dòng)力環(huán)衛(wèi)車項(xiàng)目研發(fā)階段風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估研究的主要內(nèi)容是對(duì)液壓混合動(dòng)力環(huán)衛(wèi)車項(xiàng)目研發(fā)周期內(nèi)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件(或因素)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)估計(jì)、項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)以及項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)的研究。在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別章節(jié)時(shí)采用德爾菲法進(jìn)行相關(guān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的識(shí)別,首先對(duì)信息進(jìn)行收集整合,依照一定的原則,對(duì)內(nèi)部和外部相關(guān)信息進(jìn)行完整、系統(tǒng)的收集,然后按一定的程序?qū)⒕哂袧撛陲L(fēng)險(xiǎn)的產(chǎn)品、過程、事件、現(xiàn)象和人員進(jìn)行分類。在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)估計(jì)章節(jié)采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣法進(jìn)行分析,依次估計(jì)潛在問題風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生的可能性,按低,中,高分類,依次再估計(jì)這些潛在問題發(fā)生后對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的影響,這樣可得出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣圖,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)章節(jié)采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)項(xiàng)目總風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系是進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ),然后構(gòu)建起評(píng)價(jià)矩陣,建立適合的隸屬函數(shù)從而構(gòu)建好評(píng)價(jià)矩陣,通過計(jì)算確定出一般風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,并針對(duì)不同級(jí)別的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素采用不同的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略,這樣通過上述的步驟完成液壓混合動(dòng)力環(huán)衛(wèi)車項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,通過本文的研究分析,對(duì)A公司在液壓混合動(dòng)力環(huán)衛(wèi)車開發(fā)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)行中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行細(xì)化、分解,通過理論的方法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化、規(guī)避或轉(zhuǎn)移風(fēng)險(xiǎn),給項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)展提供理論依據(jù),另外本選題是對(duì)一項(xiàng)新技術(shù)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用的研究,它將對(duì)類似的汽車類新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目研發(fā)也起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The main content of the risk assessment research of hydraulic hybrid electric sanitation vehicle project in A company is to identify the risk events (or factors) in the research and development cycle of the hydraulic hybrid electric sanitation vehicle project, and estimate the project risk. Research on project evaluation and project risk management. In the risk identification chapter, the Delphi method is used to identify the relevant risk factors. According to different risk factors, different risk coping strategies are adopted, so as to complete the risk assessment of hydraulic hybrid electric sanitation vehicle project through the above steps, and through the research and analysis of this paper, The risk of A company in the development project of hydraulic hybrid electric sanitation vehicle is refined, decomposed, optimized by theoretical method, and the risk is evaded or transferred to provide theoretical basis for the smooth progress of the project. In addition, this topic is a research on the practical application of a new technology, it will also play a certain reference role in the research and development of similar automotive new product projects.
