【摘要】：正作為美國先進制造業(yè)伙伴計劃的重要組成部分,2011年6月,美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬宣布正式啟動強化全球競爭力的"材料基因組行動計劃"(MGI for Global Competitiveness),這對材料科學領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展具有重要而深遠的影響,它第1次清晰地將"Materials by design"的材料科學之夢展現(xiàn)出來。"材料基因組"思想的內(nèi)涵在于理性開展材料研發(fā),突破傳統(tǒng)材料科學研究中以大量經(jīng)驗積累和簡單循環(huán)試錯為特征的"經(jīng)驗尋優(yōu)"方式,實現(xiàn)科學化的"系統(tǒng)尋優(yōu)",革新材料科學的研究模式,促進材料科學
[Abstract]:Being an important part of the Advanced Manufacturing Partnership Program in the United States, in June 2011, Us President Barack Obama has announced the launch of the Material-Genome Initiative to strengthen Global Competitiveness, which has important and far-reaching implications for the development of material science. For the first time, it clearly unfolds Materials by design's dream of material science.
