【摘要】：企業(yè)要實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,必須在商業(yè)活動(dòng)的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)如采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、物流、銷售等都實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)環(huán)境影響的最小化。供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)瞧髽I(yè)商業(yè)活動(dòng)的重要部分,供應(yīng)商是整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的上游,它可以從源頭上減少企業(yè)對(duì)環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響,供應(yīng)商的選擇直接影響到企業(yè)可持續(xù)供應(yīng)鏈的績(jī)效水平。因此,建立可持續(xù)供應(yīng)鏈模式下的供應(yīng)商選擇體系具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文選取了醫(yī)藥化工行業(yè)有代表性的X公司,從可持續(xù)供應(yīng)鏈的角度出發(fā),研究了企業(yè)如何選擇合適的供應(yīng)商,從而提高企業(yè)的可持續(xù)盈利能力。首先,本文在對(duì)可持續(xù)供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)商選擇的相關(guān)理論方法進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合X公司的供應(yīng)商管理現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)X公司的供應(yīng)商選擇不適應(yīng)公司可持續(xù)戰(zhàn)略這一問(wèn)題進(jìn)行剖析。然后,結(jié)合可持續(xù)供應(yīng)鏈的要求和公司的實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)了X公司供應(yīng)商選擇的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。在評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系中,一共設(shè)立了8個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),每個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)又包含了若干個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo),并對(duì)各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了闡述。接著運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法構(gòu)建了基于可持續(xù)供應(yīng)鏈的供應(yīng)商選擇評(píng)價(jià)模型,并根據(jù)此模型對(duì)X公司現(xiàn)有的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行評(píng)分,通過(guò)評(píng)分結(jié)果進(jìn)行排序選擇最優(yōu)供應(yīng)商。最后提出了供應(yīng)商選擇的戰(zhàn)略建議。
[Abstract]:In order to achieve sustainable development, enterprises must minimize the environmental impact in every aspect of business activities, such as procurement, production, logistics, sales, etc. Supply chain is an important part of business activities, and supplier is the upstream of the whole supply chain. It can reduce the negative impact on the environment from the source, and the selection of suppliers directly affects the performance level of sustainable supply chain. Therefore, the establishment of a sustainable supply chain supplier selection system has an important practical significance. In this paper, the representative X Company in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry is selected. From the view of sustainable supply chain, this paper studies how to select the suitable supplier to improve the sustainable profitability of the enterprise. First of all, on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and methods of sustainable supply chain and supplier selection, this paper combines the current situation of supplier management in X Company. This paper analyzes the problem that the supplier of X Company is not suitable for the company's sustainable strategy. Then, according to the requirements of sustainable supply chain and the actual situation of the company, the evaluation index system of supplier selection in X Company is designed. In the evaluation index system, a total of 8 first-level indicators were set up, and each first-level index included several second-level indicators, and each index was expounded. Then, the evaluation model of supplier selection based on sustainable supply chain is constructed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to this model, the existing suppliers of X Company are graded, and the optimal suppliers are selected by ranking the evaluation results. Finally, the strategic suggestion of supplier selection is put forward.
