【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)加入WTO和經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的不斷深化,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈。當(dāng)然,隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷深化,建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭很快,且企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)和適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)新環(huán)境的能力不斷提高,施工企業(yè)對(duì)成本控制的重視程度越來(lái)越高,且工程項(xiàng)目成本控制水平也有了很大的提高。但是,我們所采用的項(xiàng)目成本控制的理念、方法和管理體制等存在著很多問題,這使項(xiàng)目成本管理面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇。本文針對(duì)中南鐵路通道項(xiàng)目成本控制中存在的問題展開分析,找到問題出現(xiàn)的原因,加以分析研究,然后再由這一個(gè)例進(jìn)行推廣,指出當(dāng)今工程項(xiàng)目成本控制中存在的問題,并提出了一些解決措施。本文采用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐的方法,首先從兩個(gè)方面介紹了工程項(xiàng)目成本的構(gòu)成并簡(jiǎn)單指出影響工程項(xiàng)目成本的主要因素,然后介紹工程項(xiàng)目成本管理的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn),接著,結(jié)合中南鐵路通道第18標(biāo)項(xiàng)目部進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,指出項(xiàng)目成本管理中存在的問題,在分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一些解決對(duì)策。在現(xiàn)在這個(gè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的環(huán)境下,施工企業(yè)要想在市場(chǎng)上保持自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位,并立于不敗之地,就必須做好工程項(xiàng)目的成本控制。本文研究成果對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目成本控制有很大的幫助。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO and the deepening of economic system reform, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. Of course, with the deepening of the market economy and the rapid development of the construction industry, the competitive consciousness of the enterprises and the ability to adapt to the new market environment are constantly improved, and the construction enterprises pay more and more attention to cost control. And the level of project cost control has also been greatly improved. However, there are many problems in the concept, method and management system of project cost control, which make the project cost management face great challenges and opportunities. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of the central and southern railway corridor projects, finds out the causes of the problems, analyzes and studies them, and then generalizes them by this example, and points out the problems existing in the cost control of the engineering projects today. Some solutions are put forward. This paper first introduces the construction of project cost from two aspects and points out the main factors that affect the cost of engineering project, then introduces the connotation and characteristics of project cost management, and then introduces the characteristics of project cost management. Based on the empirical analysis of the 18th Project Department of the Central South Railway Channel, this paper points out the problems existing in the project cost management, and puts forward some countermeasures on the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems. In this increasingly competitive market environment, construction enterprises in order to maintain their competitive position in the market and remain invincible, we must do a good job in the cost control of engineering projects. The research results of this paper are of great help to the cost control of engineering projects.
