【摘要】：基于文獻(xiàn)研究,采用2000—2012年的高校—企業(yè)相關(guān)科研數(shù)據(jù),從產(chǎn)學(xué)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新視角,實(shí)證分析了浙江省政府科技投入、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對(duì)紡織業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響。結(jié)果表明:政府對(duì)高�？萍纪度雽�(duì)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出之一的合作發(fā)表論文數(shù)具有顯著的正向影響;產(chǎn)學(xué)合作研究在政府科技投入與創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出之一的合作申請(qǐng)專利之間起完全中介作用。最后,針對(duì)研究結(jié)論,提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the literature research, this paper analyzes the impact of Zhejiang Provincial Government's scientific and technological input and collaborative innovation on the innovation performance of textile industry from the perspective of co-innovation between production and learning by using the relevant research data of universities and enterprises from 2000 to 2012. The results show that: the government has a significant positive impact on the number of cooperative papers published by the university science and technology input to one of the collaborative innovation outputs; The research of industry-learning cooperation plays a full intermediary role between one of the government scientific and technological input and innovation output. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
