ZY酒廠配送中心選址問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和市場(chǎng)信息化的快速發(fā)展給當(dāng)今世界帶來(lái)一系列翻天覆地的變化,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)已經(jīng)不再局限于地區(qū)范圍內(nèi),其外延已擴(kuò)展至全國(guó)甚至世界各個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)。經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展離不開便捷的運(yùn)輸方式,物流作為生產(chǎn)與銷售最重要的紐帶,其地位與作用不可小覷。企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)離不開繁復(fù)的物流活動(dòng),而配送作為企業(yè)物流活動(dòng)中最重要的組成部分,其運(yùn)行正常與否直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生存發(fā)展。 本文介紹了配送中心的相關(guān)理論,分析了葡萄酒廠配送中心選址的原則和影響因素,結(jié)合ZY酒廠實(shí)際,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的配送中心現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,得出其配送中心最大儲(chǔ)存容量已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足客戶的需求,市內(nèi)銷售點(diǎn)分布不合理,,配送中心采用的選址方案非最優(yōu),增加運(yùn)輸成本等問(wèn)題。 本文提出了ZY酒廠配送系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的解決思路,由于ZY酒廠在本地的葡萄酒市場(chǎng)有絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)的市場(chǎng)份額,因此在煙臺(tái)市設(shè)置一個(gè)小型配送中心服務(wù)于本地市場(chǎng),通過(guò)建模來(lái)驗(yàn)證企業(yè)目前的做法是否合理。針對(duì)ZY酒廠配送中心遍布全國(guó)三十多個(gè)省市的問(wèn)題,我們考慮在煙臺(tái)市內(nèi)建立幾個(gè)交通便利的配送中心來(lái)服務(wù)于全國(guó)市場(chǎng)。 針對(duì)ZY酒廠在煙臺(tái)市區(qū)域目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行配送中心選址的情況,本文利用重心法建立了基于服務(wù)水平的單一配送中心選址模型,得出結(jié)論:ZY酒廠在煙臺(tái)市內(nèi)無(wú)需建立新的配送中心,而直接將ZY酒廠本身作為集生產(chǎn)、銷售、配送為一體的綜合性企業(yè),實(shí)現(xiàn)在煙臺(tái)市內(nèi)的酒類生產(chǎn)與配送。針對(duì)ZY酒廠面向全國(guó)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行配送中心選址的情況,本文利用0-1規(guī)劃模型法建立了ZY酒廠多選址配送中心模型,并運(yùn)用Lingo8.0對(duì)模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算求解,得出結(jié)論:面向全國(guó)開展業(yè)務(wù)時(shí),需要在煙臺(tái)市建設(shè)三個(gè)配送中心。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economic globalization and market informatization has brought a series of earth-shaking changes to the world today. Enterprise management is no longer confined to the regional scope, and its extension has been extended to all countries and regions of the whole country and even the world. The development of economy can not be separated from convenient transportation mode. Logistics, as the most important link between production and sale, can not be underestimated. The management of enterprises can not be separated from complicated logistics activities. As the most important part of enterprise logistics activities, the operation of distribution is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. This paper introduces the relevant theory of distribution center, analyzes the principles and influencing factors of the location of distribution center of winery, and analyzes the present situation of distribution center in combination with the actual situation of ZY distillery. It is concluded that the maximum storage capacity of the distribution center can no longer meet the needs of customers, the distribution of points of sale in the city is unreasonable, the location scheme adopted by the distribution center is not optimal, and the transportation cost is increased. This paper puts forward the solution to optimize the distribution system of ZY distillery. Because ZY winery has an absolute dominant market share in the local wine market, it has set up a small distribution center in Yantai to serve the local market. By modeling to verify whether the current practice of the enterprise is reasonable. In view of the problem of ZY winery distribution center in more than 30 provinces and cities in China, we consider establishing several convenient distribution centers in Yantai to serve the national market. Aiming at the location of distribution center of ZY distillery in the regional target market of Yantai, this paper establishes a single distribution center location model based on service level by using the center of gravity method. It is concluded that there is no need to establish a new distribution center in Yantai, but ZY distillery itself is regarded as a comprehensive enterprise which integrates production, sale and distribution to realize the production and distribution of alcohol in Yantai. Aiming at the location of distribution center of ZY distillery facing the national market, the model of multi-location distribution center of ZY winery is established by using 0-1 programming model, and the model is solved by Lingo8.0. Conclusion: it is necessary to construct three distribution centers in Yantai city.
