我國(guó)汽車制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)證研究——基于熵權(quán)可拓決策模型的分析

【摘要】:為應(yīng)對(duì)和防范汽車制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn),基于我國(guó)汽車制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈典型結(jié)構(gòu),考慮供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從需求風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、供應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和物流風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等7個(gè)方面,構(gòu)建汽車制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。結(jié)合熵權(quán)理論和可拓思想,建立基于熵權(quán)可拓決策模型的汽車制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型;確定供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的經(jīng)典域、節(jié)域和評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象;給出供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)步驟;并就A省JHQC、QRQC、XMQC共3家汽車制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)果表明:3家企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)分別為Ⅰ(低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀態(tài))、Ⅰ(低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀態(tài))和Ⅱ(較低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀態(tài)),總體狀況良好,但XMQC汽車制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)有惡化的趨勢(shì)。且評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與實(shí)際基本一致,也表明指標(biāo)選取和模型構(gòu)建是有效的。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with and prevent the supply chain risk of automobile manufacturing industry, based on the typical structure of supply chain of automobile manufacturing industry in China, the endogenous risk of supply chain is considered, which includes seven aspects: demand risk, supply risk and logistics risk. Construct the risk evaluation index system of automobile manufacturing supply chain. Based on the entropy weight theory and extension theory, the risk evaluation model of automobile manufacturing supply chain based on entropy weight extension decision model is established, the classical domain, section domain and evaluation object of supply chain risk are determined, and the evaluation steps of supply chain risk are given. An empirical study on supply chain risk data of three automobile manufacturing enterprises in province A JHQC QRQCU XMQC is carried out.
