【摘要】：2014年礦業(yè)市場行情持續(xù)走低,全國固體礦產地質勘查總投入整體下降,地質勘查行業(yè)投資中社會資金所占比重從往年65%左右水平降至55%。在我國的礦業(yè)市場,社會資金投入一直是大力發(fā)展礦業(yè)經濟的重要力量。為能保證國家投資逐步從商業(yè)地質勘查中撤出,鼓勵企業(yè)成為礦產勘查投資主體,建設我國風險勘查資本市場是繁榮礦業(yè)市場的必經之路。因此,本文立足于國內現(xiàn)狀,梳理總結國外礦業(yè)發(fā)達國家建設風險勘查市場的成熟經驗,并以北京礦業(yè)權交易所和天津礦業(yè)權交易所為例,對當前國內在資本市場建設方面的初步嘗試進行分析,最后圍繞我國風險勘查資本市場建設提出幾點思考。
[Abstract]:In 2014, the mining market continued to decline, the total investment in the country's solid mineral geological exploration fell overall, and the proportion of social funds in geological exploration industry investment dropped from 65 percent in previous years to 55 percent. In China's mining market, social capital investment has been an important force in the development of mining economy. In order to guarantee the withdrawal of national investment from commercial geological exploration, encourage enterprises to become the main investment in mineral exploration, and build the risk exploration capital market of our country, it is the only way to prosper the mining market. Therefore, based on the domestic situation, this paper summarizes the mature experience of foreign mining developed countries in the construction of risk exploration market, and takes Beijing Mining Rights Exchange and Tianjin Mining Rights Exchange as examples. This paper analyzes the preliminary attempts in the construction of capital market in China, and finally puts forward some thoughts on the construction of capital market of risk exploration in China.
